POLY-GLASS 320 CLEAR COATINGS
Poly-Glass Clear comes in 3 finishes High Gloss Low Gloss (Satin) Ultra-Low Gloss (Matte)
The Poly-Glass clear can be applied over the top of
• Napco Flintstone 2 coating • Other Napco Poly-Glass coatings (altering the gloss level) • Napco High Build Primer coating
A greener, VOC compliant coating that allows the customer to “shower in 2 hours” after you refinish their bathtub.
Poly-Glass® 320 is legal and compliant with USA’s Californian government’s stricter volatile organic compound (VOC) regulation, there’s no other coating in the refinishing industry that can compare with Poly-Glass® 320’s performance, ease of use and quick turnaround time . You can now advertise you use a new, greener coating. It is Californian VOC compliant and is a much better and safer coating for the environment. Some other advantages are:
• Lower odor dissipating faster means fewer complaints from your customers. • 50% greater impact resistance than other refinishing coatings means happier customers
because this coating will wear better and last longer. • Higher gloss when applied correctly. • Dry to the touch in 4-6 minutes at room temperature means the coating is less vulnerable
to dust and imperfections than other coatings and also less likely to run. It also means you can apply another coat quicker, which shortens time on the job.
• Remove masking paper and caulk sooner than other coatings. • Put the fixture back in service in 2 hours at normal room temperature. Your customers
will love this feature. • Using an infrared heat lamp cures the coating in as little as 30 minutes
