1 EXT. APARTMENT COMPLEX BALCONY - MORNING 1

JERRY and GUY, both dressed in black suits and matching

black ties, approach an apartment door. Both with sliver

Colt .45’s tucked in their pants. They mimic Pulp Fiction

characters Jules and Vincent. Whispering.

GUY

This is the door?

JERRY

That it is.

GUY

What time you got?

JERRY

(checks his watch)

Seven thirty-two in the a.m.

GUY

Damn it, we missed our timing.

JERRY

I told you Main would be crowded,

there was construction.

GUY

Fuck it, we’re hear now. Lets just

do this like we rehearsed, and

these punk-asses will be so scared

they won’t give us an inch of

trouble.

JERRY

C’mon, lets get into character.

GUY

That’s my fucking line you asshole.

JERRY

You missed your mark.

GUY

What a prick. Alright, we practiced

this shit for hours on end, lets

get it right, for Quentin.

JERRY

For Quentin.

2 INT. APARTMENT (ROOM 49) - MORNING 2

THREE YOUNG GUYS are sitting around the apartment. MACK is

in a recliner, CHARLES is at the diner table and JOE is

waiting nervously by the door.

Joe hears a knock and answers the door. Opening it to show

Jerry and Guy standing in the hallway.

GUY

Hey kids.

Jerry and Guy enter the apartment.

GUY

How you boys doin?

There’s no answer. Charles starts to stand up to speak to

Jerry and Guy.

GUY

Hey, keep chilling.

(gestures for Charles to sit)

You know who we are? We’re

associates of your business partner

VINCENT MORETTI, you do remember

your business partner don’t you?

MACK

Well yeah--

GUY

I don’t remember asking you a

goddamn thing.

Guy turns back to Jerry smiling.

JERRY

(mouthing)

Very nice.

GUY

(to Charles)

Now I’m gonna take a wild guess

here: you’re Charles, right?

CHARLES

I am.

GUY

I thought so, you do remember your

business partner Vincent Moretti,

don’t you Charles?

CHARLES

Um, yeah, yeah I do.

GUY

Good for you. You fellas wouldn’t

happen to be eating breakfast now

would you?

CHARLES

No, um, not yet, why?

GUY

I’m just curious.

(rolls his eyes at Jerry)

JERRY

There goes half of the fuckin

piece.

JOE

The what?

GUY

Say something else when I’m not

speaking to you muthafucka.

(to Mack)

Hey fat ass, you know what we’re

here for?

MACK

It’s under the sink.

Jerry walks over to the sink, opens up the cabinet, and

pulls out a box full of cocaine brick.

JERRY

Got it.

Takes a knife off the counter and cuts a small slit in one

of the bricks and has a taste.

GUY

We happy?

JERRY

Yeah, we happy.

CHARLES

Now look we gave you back the shit

and please tell Mr. Moretti that

we’re very sorry that everything

got so fucked up.

GUY

Is that right?

CHARLES

Yes, of course.

Guy pulls out his pistol and shoots Joe, twice in the chest.

His body hits the floor, lifeless. Charles is near a heart

attack.

CHARLES

What the fuck?!

GUY

Oh I’m sorry, did I break your

concentration? Please continue.

Charles can’t speak. Just gasping for air.

GUY

What’s the matter? Oh you were

finished? Well allow me to retort.

What does Vincent Moretti look

like?

Charles still can’t talk, he’s hyperventilating.

GUY

Ignore me again! I dare you, I

double dare you muthafucka! Ignore

my question one more goddamn time!

Mack jumps up screaming with a pistol and fires at Guy

hitting him in the arm. Guy drops.

GUY

(in pain)

Fuck!

JERRY

Holy shit!

Jerry pulls his pistol on Mack, firing wildly. He hits Mack

in the gut, Mack screams. Another bullet hits Mack in the

face silencing his screams instantly.

Charles sees this as a good time to leave and runs for the

door screaming, but Joe’s body is in front of the door

preventing it from opening.

CHARLES

Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!

Jerry turns to shoot at Charles but soon realizes that his

gun is empty. Before he can reach for his extra magazine,

Guy rolls over and unloads his entire magazine into Charles.

Charles slumps to the ground.

GUY

Fuckin prick.

(to Jerry)

I didn’t even get to say the

Ezekiel passage. That fat fuck.

Jerry immediately snaps out of his daze and runs of to

assist Guy.

JERRY

I’m sorry man, I should’ve keep an

eye on that son of a bitch, dammit!

GUY

Shit man, it hurts to get shot.

JERRY

I’ll try to avoid it, c’mon we’ve

gotta get the hell outta here.

Jerry helps Guy onto his feet. He then clears the door path

from the bodies of Joe and Charles.

JERRY

Guy, let’s go, let’s go.

GUY

We can’t leave the package.

JERRY

Shit, I’ll grab it.

Jerry runs over to the counter, grabs the package and runs

back over to Guy.

JERRY

Alright, let’s get the fuck outta

here.

GUY

What do you think Uncle Vinnie’s

gonna say?

JERRY

All I want to focus on is gettin

the hell outta here, we’ll worry

about Vinnie in the car.

As Jerry tries to help Guy out onto the balcony, Guy slips

and jerks Jerry forward. The box slips outta Jerry’s arms

right over the side rail into the complex pool directly

below. Both just watch speechless.

GUY

(slightly dilusional due to

shock)

Now what are we gonna tell Vinnie?

JERRY

Oooh fuck!
