PURPOSE SCP, Superior and Horizon Sales Centers employees must present a consistent, professional appearance on a daily basis. POOLCORP (“the Company”) must present our company logos and brands in a consistent, professional manner. To this end, the Company provides SCP, Superior and Horizon “Official Branded Apparel” available for ordering by Sales Center Managers. Only Official Branded Apparel is sanctioned by the company. No other apparel should be worn by Sales Center employees and no other apparel will be paid for or reimbursed by the company. DEFINITIONS Brand: Identifying symbols, words or marks that distinguish products and services and the Company from competitors. Brands are typically registered (trademarked) with a regulatory authority and so cannot be used freely by other parties. Branding is an essential function of the Corporate Marketing Department. Official Branded Apparel: Apparel that has been selected by the POOLCORP Corporate Marketing Department featuring SCP, Superior or Horizon logos, sold by Target Marketing, Inc. Target Marketing: POOLCORP’s preferred vendor for SCP, Superior, and Horizon Official Branded Apparel. www.pooluniforms.com : Website where Sales Center Managers (and above) may order SCP, Superior or Horizon Official Branded Apparel. Daily uniform guidelines: Specific rules and procedures regarding uniform apparel for each Sales Center. The Corporate Director of Marketing is responsible for writing and maintaining the company uniform policy, selecting the SCP, Superior and Horizon Official Branded Apparel and overseeing logo usage on the Official Branded Apparel. Regional Managers are responsible for enforcing daily uniform guidelines using the SCP, Superior or Horizon Official Branded Apparel and communicating daily guidelines to Sales Center Managers. Sales Center Managers are responsible for ordering SCP, Superior or Horizon Official Branded Apparel for their employees based on the uniform policy and daily uniform guidelines communicated by the Regional Manager.
PROCEDURE Regional Managers should:
Communicate with Sales Center Managers regarding daily uniform guidelines for employees in their region and enforce guidelines within their region.
Sales Center Managers should:
Consult with Regional Manager regarding specific daily uniform guidelines. Based on input from Regional Managers, Sales Center Managers should select specific uniform apparel for their Sales Center employees from the SCP, Superior or Horizon Official Branded Apparel available on www.pooluniforms.com and the company intranet.
SCP Sales Center Managers may only order SCP Official Branded Apparel. Superior Sales Center Managers may only order Superior Official Branded Apparel. Horizon Sales Centers may only order Horizon Official Branded Apparel. No other apparel will be paid for or reimbursed by the company. Oversee and enforce uniform policy and daily uniform guidelines for their Sales Center employees.

Only SCP, Superior and Horizon Official Branded Apparel ordered from Target Marketing, Inc. is sanctioned by the company. No other apparel should be worn by Sales Center employees and no other apparel will be paid for or reimbursed by the company. Company logos (POOLCORP, SCP, Superior, Horizon, etc.) may not be used on any apparel or products without the express approval of the Corporate Director of Marketing. Any misrepresentation of the Company or its brands or marks is subject to discipline up to and including termination. Employees violating the Company’s brands or marks are also subject to civil liability and prosecution.
