P.M is the head of council of the minister. Art-74: council of minister

The size of the council of minister including the p.m shall not exceed 15% of total strength of lok sabha.
Functions of P.M: The P.M is the head of council of minister. The P.M is the central to the formation of the
council of ministers it is on his advice that the president appoints another minister in the council of minister. If the p.m resigns or dies than the whole council of minister cease to exist.
The p.m is the means of communication b/w the council of minister if the president he communicates to the president all the decisions of the council of minister
The P.M Chair the cabinate meetings & sets the agenda for such a meeting. He can interfere in the working of any ministry. He is the main spokes person of the govt. of india.
