GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

SHIPPING CONDITIONSFor customers that reaches a turnover higher than 12,000 € on the previous year, they will have the transport fee free of charge if orders exceed 2000 € net. Otherwise, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

TRANSPORT MEANChosen by seller.

EXPEDITIONSThe goods travel at customer’s risk. However, the seller will act as mediator with the carrier if the consignee, in case of faults, extends at the reception of the goods, a document where the faults are stated and signed by the carrier, and returns it to factory that will give the appropriate solution.

This price list supersede all previous ones.This price price list enters in force 1rst january 2015

Electrical machinery has a two year warranty.

RETENTION OF TITLE The Supplier reserves the ownership of commodities referred hereof, whether they are deposited on Customer’s store as if they are in some others, for their further processing or generation of value added, until the Customer has completed all payments originated from this sale. Made all payments, the supplier shall forward the ownership of the same to the Customer. Until then, the Customer may only have the goods as depositary until the accomplishment of the due date.

PAYMENT OF INVOICESPayments will be verified within 60 net days from the date in the invoice.

TAXESThe prices included in this price list do not include Value Added Tax, and any other taxes that can tax the transaction.

CONDITIONS SET BY CUSTOMERSThe conditions of purchase established by customers in their orders which are in contradiction with these Terms and Conditions, will only be valid when the seller has accepted them in a written agreement.

JURISDICTIONIn case of disagreement, the customer is subjected to courts from the sellers jurisdiction.

PRICESThis Pricelist includes recommended Retail prices including standard packaging. The corresponding taxes must be added accordingly.

ORDERSOrders are not considered firm until they are expressly accepted by BELLOTA.

MINIMUM ORDERThe minimum amount of each order will be negotiated individualy.

PRICE CHANGEIn case of price changing, the ones effective on the date of delivery will be applied.

INVOICES ISSUESPurchases will only be considered if the invoice has been issued. Pending orders at the end of the year will be deemed with no effect.
