TreesUpstate is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our mission is to plant, promote, and protect trees. Since 2005, we have planted more than 7,500 trees in parks, greenways, schools, and neighborhoods in and around the Upstate. TreesUpstate is funded through an annual campaign, general donations, honorariums & memorials, grants, and their annual event (Turkey Day 8k).

� Stormwater Benefits: $2,162,532 of stormwater runoff savings and 146,036,188 gallons of rainfall intercepted

� Air Quality and CO2 Improvement Savings: $45,348

� CO2 – 20,006,285 lbs of CO2 reductions through CO2 sequestration and decreased energy production needs and emissions
