Many of our learners realised with a shock that they did not work hard enough to reach their academic goals. I sincerely hope that each one of them will now start to work hard to change the score board by the end of the year – see the Test timetable as well as the Grade 12 Prelim Exam timetable below. Please take note that all learners write exam on Thursday 8 August after which the school will close at 11:00 for the long weekend.

d6 Connect Thank you to all the Parents who have already downloaded the d6 Connect App and who are following their children’s academic progress. I assume that is why many reports haven’t been collected. It is very important that Parents who have not yet downloaded the d6 Connect App, do this as soon as possible. Please remember that in order for the app to work properly, Parents information needs to be correct. Verify your cell phone number and ID-numbers of the Parents and learner. Kindly notify us if your cell phone number or email address changes. The full instructions are attached below. Contact the school should you require assistance in this regard. Parents are encouraged to congratulate their children when they receive messages of merit for good academic performance, but also to address children when messages for violations/poor behaviour are received. Learners who obtain 180 negative points must sit for detention on Friday afternoon. Learners who do not attend Friday afternoon detention will immediately be suspended and will have to attend a disciplinary hearing.
