Vendor Registration Process /

This Portal may be used only for requesting the registration of new vendor and additional GSTN number for new states.

Vendor already registered with POWERGRID who used to raise their invoice in BTS protal can update their GSTN no in BTS Portal (Bill Tracking System ) i.e. https://vendor.powergrid.in.

1. http://pms.powergrid.in/VMS/default.aspx

New Vendor Register Registartion | Click new vendor registration tab.

2. http://pms.powergrid.in/VMS/Registration.aspx

| A new vendor registration page will open.

The red mark asterisks are mandatory fields. Fill the mandatory fields and click register button.

In the field UserID (PowerGrid) , fill the employee Id of PowerGrid employee to which vendorid will be sent for approval.

3. / Once you register check the registered mail for USERID & PASSWORD.

4. / Fill the mandatory fields, edit/ UPDATE record.

5. EDIT RECORD FINALISE RECORD | CLICK EDIT RECORD FOR ANY CHANGE OR CLICK FINALISE RECORD.

6. , FILL ALTERNATE BANK DETAILS ,IF REQUIRED.

| / Your Vendor Registration will be completed and it will be forwarded for approval to PowerGrid Team.

Now if you want to register for other vendor ID for other GSTNO , Click on the button Registration for New GSTNO.

A New Page will be opened having few details of your existing vendor id filled up. Now you can edit all the details for the new vendorid and complete cycle will be followed to submit it to PowerGrid. The new vendorID will be registered and you will also get a userid and password for the new vendorid in the mail givne for this vendor.
