InnocasewilliAwakeTechnologies,IntegralRecoveryorotherdistributorsof PMPbeliableforchance,accidental,special,

The parties shall attempt to resolve all disputes arising out of this agreement in a spirit of cooperation without forma
proceedings.Anydisputewhichcannotbesoresolved(otherthanarequestforinjunctiverelief)shallbesubjecttoarbitration
uponwrittendemandofeitherparty.Arbitrationshalltakeplacewithinforty-fivedaysofthereceiptofthewrittendemand,in
Provo,Utahoratanotherlocation(orinwholeorinpartbyphoneorothermeans)ifthepartiessoagree.Thearbitrationshall
takeplacebeforeanarbitratorchosenasfollows:Thepartiesshalleachchoosearepresentative,andtherepresentativesshall
chooseanarbitrator.Thearbitratorshallscheduleaninformalproceeding,hearthearguments,anddecidethematter.Each
party shall pay half the costs of the arbitration proceeding. The arbitrator shall not have the authority to award punitive
damagesoranyotherformofreliefnotcontemplatedinthisAgreement.Regardingeachissuesubmittedtoarbitration,the
decisionshallbeaccompaniedbyawrittenexplanationofthebasisuponwhichitwasarrivedat.Judgmentupontheaward,i

We generally recommend listening with eyes closed, as this helps reserve
attentionandminimizedistractionforoptimalentrainment.However,ifyouare
a practitioner of eyes-open meditation (such as Zazen or Shamatha), please

Allow yourself tobegiven over tothe audio environment, which will deepen

QUICK-STARTINSTRUCTIONS
1) BeginbymeditatingwithTrack1ofPrimaryMeditationTracksTier1/CD
Seehowyoufeel.Formostpeople,thiswillbetheplacetostart.
2) Ifyoufeelgood,continuemeditatingwithTracks2and3.Ifthisfeelslikegoodlevelforyou(anditprobablywillformostpeople),continuetousthesethreetracksforyourdailymeditation.(SeethePrimaryMeditatioTrackssectionformoreinformationonthis3-Tiersystem.)
3) Whenyoufeelready,graduatetomeditatingwithTracks1,2and3ofTi2.(Dontworry,duetothe way inwhichthesetrackscanbe mixed anmatched,thePrimaryMeditationTierscontainenoughcarrierfrequen
power to keep you growing for as long as you like. The ListeninScheduleExamplessectionwillshowyouhowtomaximizeitspotential
4) Afew individuals, however,willbesensitiveenough tofindthe PrimaMeditationtrackstobetoostimulating,initially,inwhichcasetheyshoumeditatewiththeReleasingTracksdaily.TheyllbereadytograduatetthePrimaryMeditationTrackswhentheycanmeditatewiththeReleasinTracksforafullhourdailyandfeelreadytomoveon.
5) Feel free to occasionally add in a track from Tiers 2 or 3, EpsilonGamma/Hyper-Gamma whenever youd like an extra push. The beauwith this approach is that you can give your brain an extra push oWednesdayandFriday,forexample,butstillhavethefreedomtoreduthe stimulation to your normal daily routine so as not to push yonervoussystemfasterthanitscapableofrespondingto.
6) Ifyoubegintonoticeacuteovertraining/overwhelmsymptoms(forwhicsee the Signs of Acute Overtraining/Overwhelm section), begmeditatingwiththeReleasingMeditationTracksforanhoureachday.
7) Whenyoufeelatangibleshiftinyourgeneralsenseofwell-being,youcaresumemeditatingwiththePrimaryMeditationTracks.

Thefollowing instructions areintended asguidelinesonly. Foroptimalresults,letyourownintuitionandpersona
experienceguideyouinhowtobestmixandmatchthePrimaryMeditationtracksandReleasingtrackstocreatea
transformationalspiritualpracticethatbestmeetsyourneeds(withintheconfinesoftheinstructionsandguidelines
offered).
Generallyspeaking,itisusuallybesttolistentoTrack1beforelisteningtoTrack2,aswellasTrack2beforeTrack3.
Thisisusuallythebestwaytoensurethatthebrainwillentraintothestimulus,sincethisapproachslowlyintroduces
thebraintothesedeeperpatternsratherthanattemptingtoimmediatelyimmerseitsodeeply.
ThePMPtracks,however,arepowerfulenoughthateachonecanentrainyourbraintothetargetedbrainwave
pattern even if the previous track is not played immediately before, depending on your sensitivity to the
entrainmentstimulus.
Withmanyotherentrainmentprogramsitisnecessarytofirstlistento,say,anAlphatrackthatdescendsfromBeta
beforelisteningtoaThetaandDeltatrack.Thisisrequiredwithsomeotherprogramsbecausetheentrainment
stimulusislimitedinitsefficacyanddependsinpartonitsabilitytofirstentrainneurologicalactivityintheBeta
bandwidth (sincethispattern dominateswakingconsciousness)andslow itdownby gradually movingfromBeta
throughAlpha,ThetaandDeltaina linearmanner.WithPMP3.0,however,thisisnotalwaysnecessary,duetoits
increasedentrainmentefficacy.
Assuch,wenowhavePMPparticipantswholistento40minutesinthemorning(i.e.,tracks1and2)and20minute
in the evening (track 3). Others feel comfortableskipping Track 1 and instead meditate with Tracks 2 and 3.Of
course,20mininthemorning,20minintheafternoon,and20minintheeveningisalsoavalidoption.

BecausePMP3.0representsadiverserangeofbrainwavepatterns,carrierfrequencies,biofieldfrequenciesand
overallstimulation,therearealmostendlesswaysinwhichyoucanmixandmatchthetrackstocreatesessionsthat

INTRODUCTIONThe Profound Meditation sessions contain a series of precise frequencies that have been carefullyarrangedtofacilitateprofoundmeditationandproducelong-termbeneficialeffectswhenusedregularly.
PMP3.0doesnotcontainguidedmeditations.Instead,itisdesignedtohelpyoulearnmeditationonyourownmorequicklyandeasilythanwouldotherwisebepossible.Youwillveryquicklyenterintoverydeepstates of meditation thatusually requiremany years of consistent practiceusing traditional meditationtechniquesalone.
Headphonesarerequiredformaximumbenefit.
NOTE: For optimal results, we recommend that PMP 3.0 be used withheadphones that have a frequency response of 5 20,000 Hz. Generally
speaking, a frequency response of 20 20,000 Hz will work just fine, butmeditations with the Tier 3 Primary Meditation Tracks will deliver optimaresultswithafrequencyresponseof520,000Hz.

ForOptimalResults,YourConsciousParticipationisRequiredAswithphysicalexercise,it isimportanttotrainyourbrainandmindeveryday.Yourbrainandmindcanserveyouwell,andmostespeciallyifyoutakecareofthemandtrainthemregularly.AlthoughPMP3.0canhelpyoudothisinaverybigway,itcantdotheinnerwork foryou.Themoreyouusetheserecordings(according to the instructions) and combine their use with your own inner work, the more positivechangesyouwillmanifest.
Pursue the following three basic avenues of daily practice, and your results will be consistently andremarkablyrewarding:
1. Use Profound Meditation dailyaccording to its instructionstoexercise your brain and subtle energetic system, as well as facilitatedeepmeditation.(SeetheBasicListeningInstructionssection.)
2. Learn any form of meditation that best suits you, and practice it
regularly when using PMP 3.0. (In the Meditation section of this

Example: Lets say you want to amplify the biofield transmission of PrimaryMeditation Tracks CD1/Tier1.
