Transacted Thoughts from Core Project Team

This reference compendium will guide the learners to access all the six portals with other important links, thereby bestowing more clarity on their existing understanding and facilitating them in utilizing the diverse features of the portals. All the user manuals for all the six portals are available separately beside this user manual.

The project management office team introduces this manual in three major divisions i.e. employee, administrators and issue trackers to analyze to maintain resolve respectively to make better & improved green world by reducing paper work and digitalizing work processes in an efficient way.

Introduction of Feedback & Issue-Tracking adds on to the self-betterment techniques of the portal by bringing refinement in its features, each time user’s suggestions/feedback are incorporated into the system. This paves the way for effective handling of the problems which arise during various interactions with the system.

All our group efforts are directed towards developing innovative and indigenous techniques to address difficulties encountered and buildup an error free system, best suitable to the needs of the users. We will continue to burn midnight oil and strive for ensuring the continuous improvement and refinement of system in near future.

1 Getting Started

1.1. Accessing the Project Management PortalGo to CSIR Website (URL: www.csir.res.in or http://rdpp.csir.res.in/csir_acsir/Home.aspx ), and click on the “CSIR Enterprise Transformation Portal” link.

1.2. Introduction to the Project Management PortalProject Management Portal (PMP) portal is to review, manage, track issues, get user feedbacks and publish ERP notifications. This portal is access by CSIR Employees (according to their roles) and consulting agencies (involved in CSIR ERP implementation).

The scrolling notifications highlighting the important message can be found above the “Sign in” box. Graphical representation of latest analysis results are displayed on the web page.

New Employee Registration

Steps for Employee registration :

1. Directly clicks on Employee Profiler at login page as show in below image.2. Either enter User ID into “Login ID” field & enter Password into “Password field.3. Click on “Submit” button to login.


4. On successful login, under important links section employee profiler link is provided.


5. Employee Profiler

On clicking Employee Profiler link, two links will appear:

Go to Employee Profiler, and Flow Diagram for Employee Profiler

Go to Employee ProfilerThis link will redirect to the employee profiler page in HR portal of ERP.


6. Click on New user link, new user registration form will appear. Here new user will fills up his/her name, e-mail id, date of birth and select current lab. Finally click on submit button for registration, and his/her request will be sent to SO(E) of employees lab
