A Great Purpose
Peru is one of the world's fastest-growing economies with a 2012 GDP growth rate of 6.3%... With expanding ports loading up boats to China on one side, and a new superhighway to Brazil on the other, along with a free trade agreement with the United States in its hip pocket, Peru seems well-positioned to prosper in the coming years.

Brandon Larks Leadership Philosophy I grew up in a small blue-collar community on a family owned ranch. The ranch was not large enough to support the family therefore both of my parents held jobs outside of the family business. My father is a carpenter and my mom has always had a knack for accounting. Through this experience I was taught that you must have a strong moral compass, your word should be stronger than any written contract and that through hard work anything is possible. I also learned that to be a leader I must also be a good servant. I will lead through service to the customers and employees of this organization. I am committed to ensure that this organization does not lose sight of our corporate values and that they are utilized as a compass for decision-making. Additionally, I will use my personal values of safety, commitment, courage and family to guide my actions. All levels of leadership will support the safety of everyone involved with the organization. We will strive to find innovative solutions that allow us to step closer to ensuring that we do not harm anyone through our work. I expect that each of our employees will take the safety of themselves, coworkers, and the surrounding communities seriously and that the leaders will encourage employees to voice concerns when they sense that something is wrong. I am committed to the organizations success and through that the development and success of all of our employees. I will focus on growing the organization so that you will have greater opportunities to realize the accomplishment of goals and continually be challenged by your work. The future success of the company is based upon the development and growth of our employees. The leadership team of this organization will focus on continuous improvement and seek out innovative ways in which we can enhance our service to our customers and employees. Family should be each individuals most important focus in life. I am committed to my family for life and therefore understand that there will be times when you will need to take time to focus on your family. I will have the courage to do what is right and make the difficult decisions that ensure we conduct ourselves through our values and in service to our mission. Be honest and ethical, if it wasnt right in Kindergarten, it is not right now. We all need to be our biggest advocates, as a strong group we will realize our full potential through supporting each other. We will have our disagreements and they need to be addressed, but when it comes to the outside world, we should appear as one team supporting each other. Avoid getting caught up in gossip, it is full of assumptions and only makes us weaker as a team. When you come across a problem, attempt to develop solutions for correcting it but remember we are all members of the same team and we win and lose together. The greater number of individuals that understand an issue will increase our odds of solving or mitigating the issue. If you have bad news share it quickly, time will not solve it. I realize that we all have struggles that will require coaching and feedback to overcome. I am no different, I am committed to help you in realizing your goals, and I will not be successful in accomplishing mine with out your help. There will be times when I will be hard to read and difficult to approach but it is in these times when I will need your help the most.
