1. DESCRIZIONE GENERALE 1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

(*) i tasti EMERGENCY, EVAC e ALERT del pannellofrontale sono dotati di un LED che si illumina conl’attivazione del tasto relativo.

Il modulo PM2025-V gestisce, sotto il controllo e lasupervisione operata dal modulo PM2021-V,l’instradamento dei segnali di emergenza verso gliamplificatori e il controllo del microfono d'emergenza.In condizioni di normale funzionamento (non inemergenza) il segnale presente all'ingresso (11)verrà riportato fedelmente alle uscite (8) e (9).In condizioni d'emergenza, i segnali VES verrannoprelevati dal bus del sistema ed instradati in modoopportuno alle uscite (8) e (9), che saranno a lorovolta collegate all'amplificatore.

Under the control and supervision of the PM2021-Vmodule, the PM2025-V module manages routing ofthe emergency signals towards the amplifiers andcontrol of the emergency microphone.In normal operating conditions (when there is noemergency) the signal on the input (11) will besent exactly as it is to outputs (8) and (9). Inemergency conditions, the VES signals will be takenfrom the system bus and suitably routed to outputs(8) and (9), which will be connected in turn to theamplifier.

2. CONNESSIONIPer la connessione del modulo PM2025-V,effettuare le operazioni di seguito riportate:1) collegare il segnale proveniente dal canale PA

del sistema (ad esempio l'uscita del moduloPM2040-B) all'ingresso UNBAL. PA IN (11).

2) collegare, a seconda delle esigenze, l'uscitasbilanciata UNBAL.PA OUT (8) o quellabilanciata BAL. PA OUT (9) all'ingresso di unqualunque amplificatore.

3.2 Modalità AUTOMATICAQualora da un contatto esterno collegato al moduloPM2093-VL venga attivato lo stato d'emergenza(ad esempio da una centralina antincendio), ilmicrofono d'emergenza avrà in ogni caso la prioritàsu di esso. Lo stato d’emergenza verrà annullato altermine del messaggio vocale.

3) collegare l’uscita dell’amplificatore all’ingressodel controllore di linea PM2006-V, alle cuiuscite andranno quindi connesse le lineealtoparlanti.

4) inserire il connettore del microfono d’emergenzanella presa XLR EMERG. MIC. (4) posta sulpannello frontale del modulo.

5) agganciare il microfono nell’apposito vano delpannello di supporto, posizionato a latodell’alimentatore.

3. FUNZIONAMENTO3.1 Modalità MANUALETramite il modulo PM2025-V è possibile inviaremessaggi preregistrati d’evacuazione, allerta emessaggi vocali d'emergenza, tramite l’appositomicrofono. Per fare questo, procedere come diseguito indicato.1. Mettere in stato di emergenza (pre-allarme) il

sistema, premendo il tasto EMERGENCY (1): illed rosso inizierà a lampeggiare e verrannoimmediatamente eliminati tutti i segnali presentiall’ingresso (11). Il sistema attende ora unaulteriore decisione dell’operatore.

2. Premere EVAC (2) per inviare il messaggiopreregistrato di evacuazione o ALERT (5) perinviare quello di allerta: il led rosso relativo allascelta effettuata si illumina in modo fisso edanche il led EMERGENCY rimane acceso adindicare lo stato d’emergenza in corso. Durantel’emissione del messaggio, è possibile ripremereEVAC o ALERT: in questo modo, lo statod’emergenza permane e sarà possibile cambiareil tipo di messaggio inviato. Per tornare allanormale operatività, è sufficiente premerenuovamente il tasto EMERGENCY.

3. Nel caso si volesse invece inviare un messaggiovocale, sganciare il microfono controllato dalsupporto e - in stato d’emergenza (pre-allarme)- premere il tasto di attivazione (12) emantenerlo premuto durante l’annuncio: il ledrosso MIC. ON si accende.

Nota: il microfono d’emergenza ha priorità su TUTTIi messaggi preregistrati.

3) Connect the output from the amplifier to theinput of the PM2006-V line controller, to theoutputs of which the loudspeaker lines mustsubsequently be connected.

4) Plug the emergency microphone connector intothe XLR EMERG. MIC. socket (4) on the frontpanel of the module.

5) Hook the microphone into its compartment inthe supporting panel, next to the power supply.

3.2 AUTOMATIC modeIf the state of emergency is activated by an externalcontact connected to the PM2093-VL module (e.g.from a fire-fighting control unit), the emergencymicrophone will in any case have priority over it.The state of emergency will be reset as soon as thevoice message ends.

3. OPERATION3.1 MANUAL modeThe PM2025-V module can be used to send pre-recorded evacuation and warning messages oremergency voice messages, by means of themicrophone provided for this purpose. To do this,proceed as follows:1. Place the system in the emergency mode (alert)

by pressing the EMERGENCY key (1): the redLED will start to flash and all the signals on theinput (11) will immediately be eliminated . Thesystem will then wait for further action by theoperator.

2. Press EVAC (2) to send the pre-recordedevacuation message or the ALERT key (5) tosend the alert message. The red LEDcorresponding to the option selected will light upsteadily and the EMERGENCY LED will alsoremain on to indicate the existing state ofemergency. It is possible to press EVAC or ALERTagain while the message is being sent out. In thisway the state of emergency will persist and it willbe possible to change the type of message beingsent out. To return to normal operation simplypress the EMERGENCY key again.

3. On the other hand, to send a voice messageunhook the controlled microphone from itssupport and - in the emergency mode (alert) -press the activation key (12) and hold it downwhile making the announcement. The red MIC.ON LED will illuminate.

3.4 Relè d’emergenzaIl modulo PM2025-V è inoltre dotato di un reléd’emergenza EMERG. RELAY (10), che si attivaautomaticamente quando il sistema è in stato di pre-allarme. Questo relé può essere utilizzato per unaeventuale segnalazione remota dello stato del sistemastesso (vedi esempio).

3.3 Segnalazione sonora dei guastiAll'interno del modulo è presente un buzzer per lasegnalazione sonora dei guasti di sistema. Se nelsistema si verifica un guasto, oltre all'accensione delrelativo led sul modulo PM2093-VL, un ‘beep’viene emesso dal modulo PM2025-V. Premendo iltasto ACK (3) il buzzer verrà ammutolito fino almanifestarsi di un eventuale nuovo guasto. Il tastoRESET (6) azzera tutti i guasti. É possibileammutolire in modo definitivo il buzzer posizionandoil jumper (7) come indicato nella grafica sul pannelloposteriore del modulo: questo può risultaretemporaneamente necessario, ad esempio, durantela fase d'installazione dell'impianto, per evitare che ilsuono ripetuto possa risultare fastidioso.

3.5 RegolazioniTramite un trimmer interno (P101, mostrato infigura) è possibile regolare il livello di volume delmicrofono d'emergenza. Si ricorda peraltro chel’impostazione di fabbrica rappresenta il valoreconsigliato.

3.3 Acoustic signalling of failuresThere is a buzzer inside the module for acousticsignalling of system failures. If a failure occurs inthe system, in addition to the appropriate LEDlighting up on the PM2093-VL module, a 'beep'will be sounded by the PM2025-V module. Onpressing the ACK (3) key, the buzzer will be resetuntil another failure occurs, if any. The RESET key(6) resets all failure signals. It is possible to mute thebuzzer permanently by positioning the jumper (7)as shown in the diagram on the rear panel of themodule: this may be necessary as a temporarymeasure, for example while installing the system, toprevent the annoyance of repeated buzzing.

3.4 Emergency relayThe PM2025-V module also has an emergencyrelay EMERG. RELAY (10), which is activatedautomatically when the system is in a state of alert.This relay can be used, if required, for remotesignalling of the state of the system (see example).

3.5 AdjustmentsUsing an internal trimmer (P101, shown in thefigure) it is possible to adjust the volume of theemergency microphone. It should be remembered,however, that the factory sett ing is therecommended level.

3.4 NoodrelaisDe module PM2025-V is bovendien uitgerust meteen noodrelais EMERG. RELAY (10), die automatischgeactiveerd wordt wanneer het systeem zich in eentoestand van vooralarm bevindt. Dit relais kaneventueel gebruikt worden voor een signalering opafstand van de toestand van het systeem (zievoorbeeld).

3.3 Geluidssignalering bij storingenBinnenin de module zit een buzzer voor het signalerenvan storingen in het systeem. Als zich in het systeemeen storing voordoet, gaat niet alleen de betreffendeled op de module PM2093-VL branden, maarwordt er ook een 'beep'-toon door de modulePM2025-V voortgebracht. Door op de toets ACK(3) te drukken, wordt de buzzer uitgesloten totdatzich een nieuwe storing voordoet. De toets RESET(6) stelt alle storingen weer op nul. De buzzer kandefinitief worden uitgesloten door de jumper (7) opde stand te brengen zoals aangegeven in de grafiekop het achterpaneel van de module: dit kan tijdelijknoodzakelijk zijn, bijvoorbeeld tijdens de installatievan het systeem, om te vermijden dat hetvoortdurend herhaalde geluid storend wordt.

3.5 InstellingenDoor middel van een interne trimmer, zie afbeelding,kan het volumeniveau van de noodmicrofoonworden geregeld. Overigens wordt hierbij gewezenop het feit dat de aanbevolen waarde al in de fabriekis ingesteld.

3.3 Señalización sonora de las averíasDentro del módulo hay un zumbador para laseñalización sonora de las averías de sistema. Si enel sistema se produce una avería, además delencendido del correspondiente LED en el móduloPM2093-VL, es emitido un beep por el móduloPM2025-V. Pulsando la tecla ACK (3) se calla elzumbador hasta que se presente una eventual nuevaavería. La tecla RESET (6) poner a cero todas lasaverías. Es posible callar definitivamente el zumbadorcolocando el puente (7) como indicado en el gráficoen el panel trasero del módulo: esto puede sertemporalmente necesario, por ejemplo, durante lafase de instalación del sistema, para evitar que elsonido repetido sea molesto.

3.4 Relé de emergenciaEl módulo PM2025-V también tiene un relé deemergencia EMERG. RELAY (10), que se activaautomáticamente cuando el sistema está en estadode pre-alarma. Este relé se puede utilizar para unaeventual señalización remota del estado del propiosistema (ver el ejemplo).

3.5 AjustesA través de un condensador de ajuste interno,mostrado en la figura, es posible ajustar el nivel devolumen del micrófono de emergencia. Por otraparte cabe recordar que la configuración de fábricarepresenta el valor aconsejado.

3.2 AUTOMATISCHIndien door een extern op de module PM2093-VLaangesloten contact een noodtoestand wordtingeschakeld, (bijvoorbeeld door een brandbe-veiligingscentrale), heeft de microfoon in ieder gevalvoorrang daarop. De noodtoestand zal zodra hetbericht is omgeroepen uitgeschakeld worden.

3) Sluit de uitgang van de versterker aan op deingang van de lijnbesturing PM2006-V: op deuitgangen van deze laatste moeten dus deversterkerslijnen worden aangesloten.

4) Steek de connector van de noodmicrofoon in debus XLR EMERG. MIC. (4) op het frontpaneelvan de module.

5) Zet de microfoon vast in het speciale vak vanhet steunpaneel naast de voedingsdoos.

3.2 Modalidad AUTOMATICASi a través de un contacto exterior conectado con elmódulo PM2093-VL se activa el estado deemergencia (por ejemplo desde una centralitaantiincendio), el micrófono de emergencia tendrásiempre la prioridad sobre dicho contacto. El estadode emergencia es anulado al final del mensaje vocal.

3. WERKING3.1 HANDMATIGVia de module PM2025-V kunnen met de specialemicrofoon vooraf opgenomen ontruimings-, alarm-en omroepberichten worden verzonden. Hiertoedient gehandeld te worden als volgt.1. Breng het systeem in de noodtoestand

(vooralarm) door op de toets EMERGENCY(1) te drukken: de rode led gaat knipperen enalle op de ingang (11) aanwezige signalen zullenonmiddellijk worden geëlimineerd. Het systeemwacht nu op de volgende beslissing van debediener.

2. Druk op EVAC (2) om het vooraf opgenomenontruimingsbericht uit te zenden of op ALERT(5) om het alarmbericht uit te zenden: de rodeled die betrekking heeft op het gekozen berichtgaat branden en ook de led EMERGENCY blijftbranden om aan te geven dat er een noodtoestandaan de gang is. Tijdens de uitzending van hetbericht kan opnieuw op EVAC of ALERT wordengedrukt: op deze manier blijft de noodtoestandgeactiveerd en kan het soort te versturen berichtworden gewijzigd. Om terug te keren naar eennormaal bedrijf hoeft alleen weer op de toetsEMERGENCY gedrukt te worden.

3. Indien men echter een gesproken bericht zou willenuitzenden, moet de microfoon van de steun gehaaldworden en - in de noodtoestand (vooralarm) - deactiveringstoets (12) ingedrukt worden eningedrukt worden gehouden tijdens hetomroepen: de rode led MIC. ON gaat branden.

Noot: de noodmicrofoon heeft voorrang op ALLEvooraf opgenomen berichten.

3. FUNCIONAMIENTO3.1 Modalidad MANUALA través del módulo PM2025-V es posible enviarmensajes grabados de evacuación y alerta ymensajes vocales de emergencia, utilizando elmicrófono idóneo. Para ello proceder comoindicado a continuación.1. Poner en estado de emergencia (pre-alarma) el

sistema, pulsando la tecla EMERGENCY (1): elLED rojo empieza a parpadear y son eliminadasinmediatamente todas las señales presentes en laentrada (11). El sistema esperar ahora unaulterior decisión del operador.

2. Pulsar EVAC (2) para enviar el mensaje grabadode evacuación o ALERT (5) para enviar él dealerta: el LED rojo correspondiente a la elecciónefectuada se enciende de manera fija y tambiénel LED EMERGENCY queda encendido paraindicar el estado de emergencia en curso. Durantela emisión del mensaje es posible pulsar de nuevoEVAC o ALERT: de esta manera, el estado deemergencia permanece y es posible cambiar eltipo de mensaje enviado. Para volver alfuncionamiento normal basta pulsar de nuevola tecla EMERGENCY.

3. Si al contrario se desea enviar un mensaje vocal,desenganchar el micrófono controlado delsoporte y - en estado de emergencia (pre-alarma) - pulsar la tecla de activación (12) ymantenerla pulsada durante el anuncio: el LEDrojo MIC. ON se enciende.

Nota: el micrófono de emergencia tiene la prioridadrespecto a TODOS los mensajes grabados.

3.2 Mode AUTOMATIQUELorsque l'état d'urgence est activé par un contactexterne relié au module PM2093-VL (par exemplepar une centrale anti-incendie), le microphoned'urgence aura dans tous les cas la priorité sur celui-ci. L'état d'urgence sera annulé à la fin de latransmission du message vocal.

3) Brancher la sortie de l'amplificateur à l'entrée ducontrôleur de ligne PM2006-V, aux sortiesduquel les lignes des haut-parleurs serontconnectées.

4) Insérer le connecteur du microphone d'urgencedans la prise XLR EMERG. MIC. (4) située sur lafaçade du module.

5) Fixer le microphone dans le logement ad hoc dupanneau de support, placé à côté de l'alimentateur.

3) Schließen Sie den Ausgang des Verstärkers anden Eingang der Leitungskontrolle PM2006-Van, an dessen Ausgänge daraufhin dieLautsprecherleitungen angeschlossen werden.

4) Setzen Sie den Stecker des Notfallmikrofons indie XLR-Buchse EMERG. MIC. (4) an derVorderseite des Moduls.

5) Hängen Sie das Mikrofon an die entsprechendeVorrichtung, die sich seitlich der Einspeisung befindet.

3.2 AUTOMATISCHER ModusFalls der Notfallzustand von einem externen, an dasModul PM2093-VL angeschlossenen Kontaktausgelöst wird (z. B. von einer Brandschutzzentrale),hat das Notfalltelefon auf jeden Fall Vorrang vordiesem Kontakt. Der Notfallzustand wird am Endeder Sprachdurchsage annulliert.

3. FONCTIONNEMENT3.1 Mode MANUALELe module PM2025-V permet d'envoyer desmessages préenregistrés d'évacuation, d'alerte et desmessages vocaux d'urgence à l'aide du microphoneprévu à cet effet. Pour ce faire, procéder commecela est indiqué ci-après :1. Placer le système en état d'urgence (pré-alarme)

en appuyant sur la touche EMERGENCY (1): ladiode électroluminescente rouge commenceraà clignoter et tous les signaux présents à l'entrée(11) seront immédiatement éliminés. Le systèmeattend ensuite la décision que prendra l'opérateur.

2. Appuyer sur EVAC (2) pour envoyer le messagepréenregistré d'évacuation ou bien sur ALERT(5) pour envoyer le message préenregistréd'alerte: la diode électroluminescente rougecorrespondant au choix effectué reste alluméeainsi que la diode électroluminescenteEMERGENCY indiquant que l'état d'urgence esten cours. Pendant l'émission du message, il estpossible d'appuyer de nouveau sur EVAC ouALERT: ceci a pour effet de prolonger l'étatd'urgence et de permettre de changer le typede message envoyé. Pour revenir au mode defonctionnement normal, il suffit d'appuyer denouveau sur la touche EMERGENCY.

3. Pour envoyer par contre un message vocal,décrocher le microphone contrôlé du supportet - dans l'état d'urgence (pré-alarme) - appuyersur la touche d'activation (12) et la tenir appuyéependant l'annonce : la diode électroluminescenterouge MIC. ON s'allume.

Note: le microphone d'urgence a la priorité surTOUS les messages préenregistrés.

3. BETRIEB3.1 MANUELLER ModusMit Hilfe des Moduls PM2025-V könnenaufgezeichnete Evakuationsdurchsagen, Alarm-meldungen oder Sprachdurchsagen mit dementsprechenden Mikrofon gesendet werden. Hierfürmüssen Sie wie folgt vorgehen:1. Setzen Sie das System in den Notfallzustand

(Voralarm), indem sie die Taste EMERGENCY(1) drücken: Die rote LED beginnt zu blinkenund es werden sofort alle am Eingang (11)vorhandenen Signale gelöscht. Das Systemwartet jetzt auf eine Entscheidung des Bedieners.

2. Drücken Sie EVAC (2), um die aufgezeichneteEvakuationsmeldung zu senden oder ALERT(5), um die Alarmmeldung zu senden: Die roteLED der betätigten Taste beginnt stetig zuleuchten und auch die LED EMERGENCYleuchtet weiter, um anzuzeigen, dass einNotzustand vorliegt. Während der Durchgabeder Meldung können die Tasten EVAC oderALERT erneut betätigt werden: Auf diese Weisebleibt der Notzustand bestehen und es bestehtdie Möglichkeit, die Art der gesendeten Meldungzu ändern. Es muss lediglich erneut die TasteEMERGENCY gedrückt werden, um zumnormalen Betrieb zurückzukehren.

3. Falls Sie hingegen eine Sprachdurchsage sendenwollen, nehmen Sie das gesteuerte Mikrofon vonder Aufhängevorrichtung ab und drücken Sie imFall eines Notzustands (Voralarm) dieAktivierungstaste (12); halten Sie die Tastewährend der Durchsage gedrückt: die rote LEDMIC. ON beginnt zu leuchten.

Anmerkung: Das Notfallmikrofon hat Vorrang vorALLEN aufgezeichneten Meldungen.

1. ALGEMENE BESCHRIJVING 1. DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL

De module PM2025-V beheert, onder toezicht vande module PM2021-V, de routering van denoodsignalen naar de versterkers en de besturing vande noodmicrofoon. Bij normale bedrijfsomstandigheden(niet in noodtoestand) wordt het signaal dat zich aande ingang (11) bevindt getrouw weergegeven aande uitgangen (8) en (9). In noodomstandighedenworden de VES-signalen uit de bus van het systeemopgenomen en naar gelang de noodzaak naar deuitgangen (8) en (9) geleid, die op hun beurt weermet de versterker verbonden zijn.

El módulo PM2025-V gestiona, bajo el control y lasupervisión efectuada por el módulo PM2021-V, ladistribución de las señales de emergencia hacia losamplificadores y el control del micrófono deemergencia. En condiciones de funcionamientonormal (no en emergencia) la señal presente en laentrada (11) es enviada tal cual a las salidas (8) y(9). En condiciones de emergencia, las señales VESson tomadas del bus del sistema y son enviadas demanera oportuna a las salidas (8) y (9), que a suvez estarán conectadas con el amplificador.

3.4 Relais d'urgenceLe module PM2025-V est également équipé d'unrelais d'urgence EMERG. RELAY (10) qui estautomatiquement activé lorsque le système est enétat de pré-alarme. Ce relais peut également êtreutilisé pour signaler à distance l'état du système (voirexemple).

3.3 Signal sonore d'indication des pannesUn buzzer est présent dans le module afin d'indiquerpar un signal sonore les pannes du système.Lorsqu'une panne se produit dans le système, nonseulement la diode électroluminescente présente surle module PM2093-VL s'allume mais un bip sonoreest également émis par le module PM2025-V.Appuyer sur la touche ACK (3) pour arrêter le buzzerqui restera silencieux jusqu'à la manifestation de laprochaine panne. La touche RESET (6) annuletoutes les pannes. Il est possible de rendre le buzzerdéfinitivement silencieux en plaçant le pontet (7)comme cela est indiqué sur le schéma reporté sur lepanneau arrière du module : ceci peut êtretemporairement utile, notamment lors de la phased'installation, afin d'éviter la gêne due à l'émissiond'un son répété.

3.5 RéglagesIl est possible, grâce à un trimmer interne (montrédans la figure), de régler le niveau du volume dumicrophone d'urgence. Rappelons toutefois quele réglage effectué en usine représente la valeurrecommandée.

3.3 Tonmeldung von SchädenIm Innern des Moduls ist ein Summer für dieTonmeldung von Systemschäden vorhanden. Fallsim System ein Schaden auftritt ertönt zusätzlich zumAufleuchten der entsprechenden LED am ModulPM2093-VL ein Piepton des Moduls PM2025-V.Bei Drücken der Taste ACK (3) wird der Summerstumm gestellt, bis ein neuer Schaden auftritt. DieTaste RESET (6) setzt alle Schäden zurück auf Null.Der Summer kann definitiv stumm geschaltetwerden, indem der Jumper (7) wie in der Abbildungan der Rückseite angegeben eingestellt wird: Dieskann vorübergehend erforderlich sein, z. B.während der Installation der Anlage, um das Störendes sich wiederholenden Geräuschs zu vermeiden.

3.4 NotfallrelaisDas Modul PM2025-V besitzt außerdem dasNotfallrelais EMERG. RELAY (10), das sichautomatisch aktiviert, wenn sich das System imZustand Voralarm befindet. Dieses Relais kann füreine eventuell erforderliche Fernmeldung desSystemszustands verwendet werden (s. Beispiel).

3.5 EinstellungenMit Hilfe eines internen Trimmers, der in derAbbildung dargestellt ist, kann die Lautstärke desNotfallmikrofons eingestellt werden. Es wird daraufhingewiesen, dass die werkseitige Einstellung denempfohlenen Wert darstellt.
