What will a PSU degree give me?
By the time you graduate, you will be well prepared
to enter the working world. You will think critically,
know how to work independently and as part of a
team, and have a deep and practical understanding
of your chosen field.
Get the experience and the degree!
Whether you’re into the environment, health,
education, business, or music performance, a visit is

“PSU has my major.” With 52 majors and 60+ minors, and a
program for students still deciding on a
major, your options are wide open. (See
page 9 for the complete list.)
“I can afford it.” 90% of first-year students receive some
kind of financial aid, so don’t let cost

“I love the area.” In addition to living in one of America’s
great small towns, you’ll be minutes
from ski resorts, rivers, and theatre and
concert venues, and just a couple hours
from Boston and Portland. Think of
PSU’s170-acrecentralNewHampshire
campus as a laboratory, a classroom,
and a playground.
“Everyone gets involved.”Community service is the culture
and the norm here. The PSU motto—
Ut prosim, or “That I may serve”—
really means something to students
and faculty.
