1.OUR ZERO-FEEPAYROLL SERVICE

TRANSPARENCY:We are a wholly-Australian owned Company with offices in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.

INSURANCES:Includes $20M of Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and full Workers’ Compensation coverage.

PORTABILITY:You can use us with any Agency or Job-Site. Payroll tax can be deducted by your Agency, or we can deduct it for you.

SAVINGS: Potentially thousands of dollars per year based on an average fee of 2.5%. Our entire model is based on providing this zero-fee service, and that is not going to change.

EFFICIENCY:Access to our self-service portal with full payslip history, PAYG summaries, personal details. Ability to manage payments to multiple bank accounts (including split pay) and superannuation accounts. We remit superannuation monthly (by the 15th of each month) rather than the industry standard of quarterly remittance. The longer you have the money in your superfund, the more you are earning! We pay your money as soon as we receive it, and we run a pay–cycle every single day to maximise your speed of payment.FLEXIBILITY:

We provide continuity of employment, irrespective of your Agency or Job-Site. This is important when applying for finance or loans, and we can provide evidence to any financiers by way of Letter of Employment.

ACCESS TO OTHER FINANCIAL SERVICES:Through Plutus Finance, you have access to discounted Home Loans, Car Loans, Personal loans and a range of other services. By choosing Plutus Finance, you will reduce your administrative burden, as we control the preparation of your documents to submit to financiers for approval.

HEALTH INSURANCE:Free Singles Health Insurance provided by Medibank Private. You can choose to extend this coverage to family or more extensive cover at your own cost.

REFERRAL BONUSES:If you have a friend or colleague you’d like to refer, we’ll pay you a referral bonus in the amount of their full-day rate (ex super), via a pre-paid VISA gift card.

LAFHA: We support LAFHA to a max weekly cap of $618 ($400 for rent and $218 for food).

INTEGRATED MAINTAINED NOVATED LEASING:We provide highly competitive motor vehicle leasing and maintenance. We pay for the first 12 months (approx. $35pm) if you use our primary leasing partner, Auto Car Finance. Benefits include a Fuel card which can be used at all brands of Petrol station, rather than one brand alone. Alternatively, you can stay with your existing provider and we will work with them.

SALARY SACRIFICING:We support Salary Sacrificing as per the ATO FBT-exempt list. Some examples include motor vehicles, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, training courses, certain memberships etc. We support Salary Sacrificing of additional Superannuation.
