Warning! Risk of Chemical OverdoseTo reduce risk, follow proper installation methods and instructions. The point of chemical injection should be beyond all pumps, filters and heaters.

Operation & Maintenance SafetyNEVER install an injector directly over the solution tank. The suction hose from the tank to the injector should fall below the top of the tank, then rise back up to the injector (see installation diagrams).

NEVER leave the injector or water lines full of water during freezing temperatures.Visually inspect the injector and water system for leakage.

Before you back wash the filter, make sure you turn off valves B and C. When the backwash is complete, return them to the open position. If you fail to do this, water may drain from your unit and you may have to prime the pump.

Warning! Risk of Chemical OverdoseTo reduce risk, follow proper installation methods and instructions. The point of chemical injection should be beyond all pumps, filters and heaters.

Operation & Maintenance SafetyNEVER install an injector directly over the solution tank. The suction hose from the tank to the injector should fall below the top of the tank, then rise back up to the injector (see installation diagrams).

NEVER leave the injector or water lines full of water during freezing temperatures.Visually inspect the injector and water system for leakage.

Before you back wash the filter, make sure you turn off valves B and C. When the backwash is complete, return them to the open position. If you fail to do this, water may drain from your unit and you may have to prime the pump.

STENNICATOR Stenner’s newest medicator pump for the agricultural’s livestock sector is the Stennicator . The pump injects livestock supplements straight into the water line at a fixed ratio of 1:128 .

The Stennicator requires a pulsing dry contact water meter and electricity to operate . The pump is equipped with a wall adapter power supply . The pulse from the water meter activates the pump which has a fixed run time to deliver the proper dosage . The pump has three different pulse settings to accommodate the most common water meters used in the industry; 1 or 10 pulses per gallon and 1 pulse per liter .

CSP

To help sequester or encapsulate minerals in hard water, we recommend the addition of CSP directly to the drum of Oxy Blast. It also coats the inside of metal pipes to prevent corrosion of the galvanized or copper plumbing, and is very economical to use.

PC-7

To lower the pH of your water, we have a specially formulated acidifier that works very well with our Oxy Blast products. It is also a very safe product to use.

EWS Electrolyte

If you have high sodium levels in your water affecting animal performance, EWS Electrolyte is the product of choice. It enhances fluid retention in market weight animals, especially during high temperatures. It also lowers bicarbonates in your water.

Grolyte

Grolyte is a combination of our PC-7 and the EWS Electrolyte product. It is valuable when a customer’s water is high in both pH and sodium.

Water Intake Limitations on water intake depress animal performance quicker and more drastically than any other nutrient deficiency. Domesticated animals can live about sixty days without food but only seven days without water. Reduced water consumption can be a sign of sickness or other stressors. Newly arrived animals may refuse water at first due to differences in palatability. Intake always should be carefully monitored for fear of dehydration.

Water Quality If there is a question of water quality, it should be tested to obtain optimum production, especially in dairy, broiler, layer or swine operations. The main parameters we suggest testing are hardness, pH, nitrates, sulfates, sodium, and iron. We have some companion products that we would recommend if any of the parameters listed above were too high.

Oxy Blast Oxy Blast is our brand of hydrogen peroxide that begins with the highest quality product. Other hydrogen peroxide products may contain contaminants, as they never were intended to be used in drinking water. Oxy Blast does not. History of Hydrogen Peroxide Hydrogen peroxide was discovered in the early 1800’s. Some of its many uses weren’t discovered until the last half of the 20th century, however. It steadily has gained popularity in the last 25 years, due in part to the efforts of Walter Grotz, one of the pioneers of hydrogen peroxide use in agriculture. Our marketing of Oxy Blast is concentrated in the livestock and poultry industries. To date we have over 5,000 units sold.

We offer a variety of product package sizes, including 5-gallon jugs, 15 and 55-gallon drums, and 300 gallon totes. Proportional feed systems, flow switches, digital control systems, and test strips round out a complete water treatment system.
