CHAPTER 157

PLUMBING CODE

157.01 ADOPTION OF UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE. Pursuant to published notice

and public hearing, as required by law, the Uniform Plumbing Code, 2003 Edition, and all

provisions of the Uniform Plumbing Code Standards, 2003 Edition, referred to therein, are

hereby adopted in full by reference, except such portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified

or amended. An official copy of the Uniform Plumbing Code, 2003 Edition, is on file in the

office of the Clerk.
