• Migrating content from previous .ppt presentations may cause issues with the master slides, fonts and positions will alter, therefore we recommend;

• written content from an existing ppt – export to Text edit before copy paste in this Master file. This will manage the font issues.

• Import an original image rather than copy and paste. This will maintain image size and position.

• This document has multiple master pages from single to double line headers or single to double column body text/bullets with/without imagery/charts;

• only some of the master pages are set to view – delete any not required• to insert a new master page layout - Click on the HOME tab from the top navigation - in the

sub nav; click on the arrow within the NEW SLIDE button - a dialogue panel appears showing all Master page options – choose one• Alternately in the HOME / sub nav use layout, to overwrite a master layout
