SAY HELLO FROM MEXICO AND
THEY MISS EVERYONE!!!
... for they have refreshed my spirit. 1 Corinthians 16:18
As Paul closes his first letter to the Corinthian
disciples, he notes that Stephanas, the earliest convert
in Achaia (vs 15), along with two others from Corinth,
have come to see him (vs 17). This has proven to be a
"refreshing" visit. Those who give themselves to the
work of the gospel, both then and now, need such
refreshment.
Our congregation provides monthly support for the
Rocha family in Mexico City, Paul Dowell, a teacher at
Sunset International Bible Institute, Christian Garcia,
a student at Sunset International Bible Institute, and
Connor Reed, an Adventures In Missions intern in
Cochabamba, Bolivia. One way that you can refresh
the spirits of these brethren is with words of
encouragement sent by e-mail. A few ideas for
messages:
Identify yourself as being from North A.
Thank them for their work in the Lord.
Ask for specific things that you can pray
about on their behalf.
Share a passage of Scripture with them that
means much to you -- and tell them why.
Express your appreciation for the sacrifices
that they make for the sake of the gospel.

Note: you can also " refresh" the four ministry
students who we help to support in Mexico City by
sending messages to Amador, Pepe, Osvaldo, or Rut
through Lalo and Jamie Rocha
