(’’committee′′) for Ieave to interve=e aS One Party in the above-CaPtioned proceeding under N.H. Admin.

Ruie Site 202・11 and RSA 541-A:32. 1n support ofthis petition, the Durham Point/ L圃e Bay Abutters

represent that:

1. On Apr冊2, 2015 the Committee received an App-ication for a Certificate of Site and Fac冊y

from Everousrce for the construction of a new l15 kVTransmissionしine from the Madbury Substation

to Portsmouth Substation 〈′′AppIication′′〉・ The proposed Project described in the AppIication w冊e

located in the Towns of Madbury′ Durham′ Newington and the City of Portsmouth and a portion ofthe

Project w用run through property owned by the parties comprisi=g the Durham Po而/しittIe Bay

Abutters. The Committee accepted the A師Cation as being administratively complete on 」une l, 2016.

2. The statuto'γ Standards for intervention are set forth i両SA 541-A:32, I and帖First, a

Petition for intervention must be granted if the petitioner states facts demonstr∂ting how its rights,

duties′ P「ivileges′ immunities or other substantia=nte「ests may be affected by the proceeding (or the

Petitioner qu描es under any provision of law) and interests ofjustice and orderly and prompt conduct

and discretionary intervention standards.

Substantia=nterests that may be affected bv this proceeding as property owners and/or abutters with

Right of Way (ROW〉 easements as indicated in studies included with the Appiication (Application,

Appendix 5′ Engineering Design Drawings, Page 8, Drawing Number: FlO743008) for an approximateIy

2,738 1inear foot portion ofthe Seacoast Reliab冊y Project,

4. Further′ the interests ofjustice and the o「derly and prompt conduct ofthe proceedings

WOuId not be impaired by a=owing intervention.
