A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order total will apply. • All orders require a credit card to hold for deposit regardless of payment method. • If payment is made by check Krispy Kreme reserves the right to hold Fundraising Order until funds have cleared bank. • Orders not picked up within 2 hours of their scheduled time are considered cancelled, and subject to the cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order total. • A credit card will be required if payment is made by a purchase order, if the purchase order is not paid within 30 days the credit card will be charged. • Schools paying by purchase order must include a copy of the purchase order with their order request. • All orders must be confirmed by both parties. • Krispy Kreme is not responsible for shipping errors including, but not limited to: bumped flights, late deliveries, damaged product or any other circumstances related to shipping or transportation.
