Examples of SCS projects
P-AIR aims to develop new type of particle sensors for PM2,5 and PM 10 particles size detection. Small, low cost and RF connected, these sensors will be live tested in Aix en Provence city inside a high density radio network. Data will be collected to establish a real-time precise cartography of the particle pollution. Modelisation software taking care of mutiple parameters such as wheater conditions will enable municipalities and authorities to anticipate potential pollution and take corrective actions. Budget: 3 M€ over 36 months 2013 - 2016

VEADISTA « Veille à Distance et Alerte Intelligente »
The VEADISTA project targets the design and development of a new innovative solution to meet the needs of homecare and care dependency. It is based on the design of ergonomic, cost effective and very small size technologies. The whole solution comprises RFID biomedical sensors, health box concentrator, and a software package for the collection and analysis of data, preparation of pre-diagnosis, secure access to data and secure communication of alerts. Budget: 3,4 M€ over 36 months 2013 - 2016

4TRAX « Plateforme Mondiale d'Information Conteneurs, dédiée à l'écosystème du transport multimodal conteneurisé »
4TRAX targets the development and supply of a global solution for real-time containers location and tracking. The solution includes a new multi-radio secured module including specific sensors that will be fixed to the container, a set of software applications, a cloud based repository with secure access to data. The project will also adress the organisationnal, economic and social impacts of deploying such new solution. Budget: 5 M€ over 30 months, 2013 – mid 2016
