All participating vendors for the Platinum Wedding Gala must provide a certificate of liability insurance and proof of workman’s compensation to participate in the simply elegant Platinum Wedding Gala. In the event the policy becomes canceled, the participant must notify simply elegant expos immediately in writing. failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booth.

A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due with signed agreement. full payment is due 60 days prior to each show, after which time if payment is not received, booth prices revert to the open rate or we may re-sell booths to other vendors at our discretion without deposit refund. We reserve the right to decline any vendor. Booth reservations are non-cancelable. rates and dates are subject to change without notice.
