The aim is to design a performance cockpit
infrastructure and interface based on creating
customer value. It should be cloud based with
an interactive view which runs on different
(mobile) devices. This cockpit should bring
benefits (faster problem solving process and
forecasting ) for the customer (customer
process thinking) and Bystronic in the Industry
4.0 revolution and should be easy and simple
