Terms and Conditions for Platinum 1 For 1: Complimentary Night• The privileges under Platinum 1 for 1 Night at participating hotels are available to Basic Card member and

Supplementary Card member(s), who hold a valid American Express Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express") (the "Eligible Card member").

• In order to use the privileges, Eligible Card members must make a reservation in advance through The Platinum Travel Service at 0 2273 5599 (press 2 after select a language). Once the reservation is complete, the penalty fee of no-show, early check-in, late check-out and cancellation may apply. Please contact each hotel directly for more information.

• A minimum of at least 2 consecutive nights (which include the paid night(s) and complimentary night(s)) is required. The payment must be fully made through the Platinum Card, provided that the name on the Card is the name of Eligible Card member.

• The complimentary night(s) will be o�ered to the Eligible Card member at the rate of every 1 paid night for 1 complimentary night without a maximum limit, except for Villa Mahabhirom Chiang Mai and Dusit Hotels and Resorts that limit up to 2 complimentary nights only. For example, the Eligible Card member makes a reservation for 2 nights, the Eligible Card member must pay for the �rst night, and the second night will be provided as complimentary night. If the Eligible Card member makes a reservation for 4 nights, the Eligible Card member must pay for the �rst and second nights, and the third and fourth nights will be provided as complimentary nights.

• The complimentary night(s) will be provided for the same consecutive stay period only. Please acknowledge that the complimentary nights cannot be transferred or postponed to the other stay period of Eligible Card member. In case that the Eligible Card member refuses to receive the complimentary night(s) on the same consecutive stay period, no other substitution nor compensation will be o�ered, and the unclaimed complimentary night(s) cannot be converted into cash nor other monetary values.

• The privileges are available during the periods speci�ed by each hotel as stated in each o�er’s detail, except on the blackout dates. Privilege exclusions may apply. For more information on the blackout dates and privilege exclusions, please contact the respective hotels directly.

• American Express reserves the rights to substitute the privileges with other o�ers and to terminate or change the privileges' Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• In the event of any dispute arising from these privileges, the decision of American Express shall be �nal and binding all related parties.
