chemical sectors and so on. Carbon black can be sold to the brick factory as

internal combustion or to the factory needing it as raw materials, such as tyre

factory, sealant factory, shoes factory, and cable factory, as well as cement plant.

2. Technological processesFirstly, put the raw material into reactor, and then seal the feed inlet.

Secondly, burn the fuel material (coal, wood, natural gas or oil) in the

combustion system.

After finishing oil producing, the temperature of reactor will come down, at the

same time; carbon black will be discharged automatically. Then use carbon black

conveyor to get the carbon black.

Then can start another batch.
