Mit der neuen Standard lassen sich alleGips- und Kunststoffverbände schnell,leise, sicher und exakt auftrennen. Dasgarantiert der starke Motor und dasergonomische Design für eine leichteHandhabung. Durch die stufenloseDrehzahlregelung kann die Schwingungdes Sägeblattes exakt auf die jeweiligeAnforderung eingestellt werden.DieMotorkühlung erfolgt über das Umwälz-ungsprinzip. Kühle Luft wird amMotorende angesaugt. Dadurch ist dasAntriebsaggregat vor dem Verklebendurch Gips oder Kunststoff geschützt.Die Standard ist mit dem Rundsägeblatt10-1014 (ø 50 mm) und 10-1016 (ø 65mm) für Synthetic-Verbändeausgestattet.

OSCILLATING PLASTER SAWSTANDARD

The new Oscillating Saw Standardallows all plaster cast and syntheticdressings to be cut off quickly, quietly,safely and exactly. This is possible dueto its strong motor and ergonomic design,which also allows easy handling. Due toan infinitely variable speed control, thesaw blade revolutions can be preciselyset to the respective requirements. Motorcooling occurs due to a circulationprinciple. Cool air is taken in at the end ofthe motor. Therefore the drive assemblyis protected and cannot become stickydue to plaster or synthetics. TheStandard comes with a Round Saw Blade10-1014 (ø 50 mm) and 10-1016 (ø 65mm) for synthetic dressing

Die Stromversorgung erfolgtüber den Akku mit hoher Kapazität.Dadurch kann sie überall mitgenommenwerden und ihre perfekte Funktion auchdort unter Beweis stellen, wo keinNetzanschluß verfügbar ist. DasGehäuse ist nach ergonomischenKriterien geformt und garantiert deshalbsicheres und ermüdungsfreies Arbeiten.Die Akku oszillierende Gipssäge ist mitdem Ladegerät sowie demRundsägeblatt 10-1014 (ø 50 mm) unddem Rundsägeblatt 10-1016 (ø 65 mm)für Synthetic-Verbände ausgestattet.

Due to the fact that the Accu OscillatingPlaster Saw does not have abothersome mains cable, this make itideal for mobile usage. The powersupply comes through the accu with ahigh capacity . Therefore, it can be takeneverywhere and it performs perfectlyeven though no electrical network isavailable.The housing is formed according toergonomic criteria and guarantees safeand fatigue-free use. The Accu comeswith a charger as well as a Round SawBlade 10-1014 (ø 50 mm) and a RoundSaw Blade 10-1016 (ø 65 mm) forsynthetic dressings.

DerEinsatzbereich der Autopsie macht dieSterilisierbarkeit der Säge notwendig.Deshalb ist der leicht abnehmbareSägekopf mit Druckausgleichsbohrungenversehen. Diese garantieren auch nachden hohen Temperaturen bei derSterilisation die perfekte Funktion derSäge.

Die Autopsie ist mit dem Segment-Sägeblatt 10-1283 (ø 65 mm) und demTiefensägeblatt 10-1287 ausgestattet.

Sie zeichnetsich durch einen besonders hohenWirkungsgrad aus. Nur wenigeHandgriffe und übliches Werkzeug sindnotwendig, um die effizienteStaubabsaugung zu installieren. InKombination mit dem Sauger 10-1024 unddessen Steckdose, die speziell auf dieseGipssägen abgestimmt ist, wird dieStaubabsaugung beim Benützen derSägen automatisch ein undausgeschaltet. For the Oscillating Saws: Standard,Accu, Autopsy, and Autopsy Accu.In order to minimize the inhalation of dustof employees and to prevent bothersomedust in the working area and workingrooms, this Dust Extractor wasdeveloped. Its sets itself apart kingefficiency. To install the efficient dustextractor in no time at all, only normaltools are required. In combination withthe Vacuum Cleaner 10-1024 and itsoutlet, that is specially made for this CastCutters, the dust extractor system isautomatically switched on and off whenthe saw is used. The operation of asecond switch is no longer necessary.

Die Sägeblätter 10-1291 und 10-1092sind eine Weiterentwicklung mit einerüberdurchschnittlichen hohen Standzeit.Sie liegt bei nahezu 400% im Vergleichzu einem herkömmlichen Sägeblatt.Erreicht wird dies zum einen durch dieVerwendung von Hochleistungs-Schnell-Arbeitsstahl (HSS) als Grundmaterial,zum anderen durch eine spezielleBeschichtung aus Titannitrit (TiN). DieseMaterialkombination ermöglicht es, sehrharte Werkstoffe ja sogar Metall zuschneiden. Das TITANIUM Rundsägeblattpaßt zu allen Sägen.

The Saw Blades 10-1291 and 10-1292are newly developed. The maincharacteristics of these products isthe above average long life. It is nearly.400% in comparison with conventionalsaw blades. This is achieved not onlydue to high performance high speedsteel (HSS) being used as thefoundation material, but due to a specialcoating of Titanium Nitrate (TiN). Thismaterial combination makes it possibleto cut very hard material combinationsand even metal. The TITANIUM RoundSaw Blade fits all Saws.
