I am using a public park for my pictures so this law is not applicable to me. Intellectual Property Rights Intellectual property is the result of someone’s creativity, and is protected by things such as patents and copyrights. I will avoid using copyrighted content in my work by making it original, using my own ideas. I will avoid using logos in my advertisements as this would be promotion for that brand and the logo is also copyrighted. If the model is wearing a branded shirt, I will cover up the brand with a hoodie/coat or Photoshop it out if possible. Copyright law

Copyright law
The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 is used to protect someone’s work from being copied and claimed by other people. This law protects dramatic, literary, musical and artistic work. I will not use copyrighted content in my work such as brand logos as this would be breaking this law. The penalty for breaking this law is 6 months imprisonment and/or a fine of up to £50,000
Ethical issues
Representation
Representation is to do with the way you represent a social group. This includes things such as race, religion, sexuality and gender. I will not be taking any photos that could represent my model in a bad way.
