I will be taking the photographs for my fashion spread on Sunday 16thMarch.

Contingency Plans

If on the day there is a problem with the location of the shoot , I have decided that I will take

the photographs in my garden, although It is not Walton gardens, the audience will still

understand the theme.

Legal and Ethical

Copyright

Law which gives producers the right that doesnt allow their material to be used. Copyright

Act 1911. I will not be breaking the law by my work being all of my own. There will be nouse of labels within my photo shoot.

Discrimination

Discrimination is the law of which prevents or prejudicial treatment of different categories of

people, especially on the grounds of race, age, different ethicises or sex which are victims of

racial discrimination. I will not use any form of discrimination within my work by being

unequal to different characters.

Law of obscenity

Obscenity laws started through the Obscenity Publications Act in 1959. Obscenity is a legal

term that applies to anything offensive to morals. I will not use any material classed as

obscene due to potential audiences morals and values.

Defamation

Defamation is the law of damage a persons name or good reputations, decreases respect,

regard or confidence in which a person is held. There are two types of defamation which are

Libel and Slander. Libel is mainly written statements whereas Slander tends to be spoken

statements. Due to this law, within my magazine I will not use any language that couldpotentially be seen as defamation.

Trespass

Trespass is the act of illegally entering another person's property. In the United Kingdom all

land has an owner and if an individual enters that land without the owner's permission, he is

trespassing. I will not be breaking this law when taking photographs of my magazine as the

locations of my photo shoots will not be taken place on private land.

Ethical

When taking into account peoples ethical values it is important to consider what people may

feel is right and wrong, therefore throughout my planning I have carefully chosen the outfit

choice that my models will be wearing, there will be no indecent clothing being worn by my

models which could be seen offensive to my target audience. The outfits I have chosen for

my models are smart yet still represent the theme of spring; I also feel this helps show a

positive outlook on teenagers.
