to?This Project will be done in the I.E. Samuel Barrientos Restrepo.This blog is addressed for teens in Tenth grade around 15 and 16 years old.
Environment and
Methodology The students are beginners and the idea of the blog is the students of Tenth grade reinforce what they have learned about how to describe their hobbies in the English classes.
The Topic and Communicative Competence
Topic: “Leisure Time” Communicative competence:The students will be able to describe their hobbies and interests.
Sociolinguistic Students are going to learn different hobbies and interests from others cultures.
Strategies • Teaching how to use
and create comics as a way to describe hobbies and interests.

Audios: • “ The College news interviewed Eric Kane” we asked him about his hobbies.

Videos: • Teens describing their hobbies
• Explanation about how to describe hobbies and interests
Tasks: Complete a chart about different kind of music ( I love…I like… I don’t care for… I can’t stand ). To create a comic with the favorite hobbies,listen and number the types of music heard in the audio, finally, to desribe the favorite hobbies using a microphone and an earphone.

Games: A cross word puzzel and the game of likes and dislikes.
