Design Phase
Project management is used to plan both the process and product.
Development Phase
Project management is used to ensure the product is developed in a timely manner.
Evaluation Phase
Project management assists in assessing the effectiveness of both the project and process
Three basic documents
Planning document Establishing the process by which the product will be created
Design document Establishing the details of the product to be produced
Evaluation document Assessing the effectiveness of the process and product, with an
aim to improve future products.
Professional documentation
Consistency between all documents
Business name and logo
Cover pages
Table on contents
Page numbers
Appendices
Don’t use ‘school based’ language
Use colour
Each document should be provided as a pdf
