resident associations (City & County) & increase number of estate enhancement grants distributed. (2013 – 30 grants awarded, 2014-42 grants awarded)

• Select 4 larger scale(estate enhancement) projects for housing estates in each electoral area

• Further develop the 2015 Tidy Estate Award
