The teacher needs to understand the content to deliver effective instruction to all of the diverse needs of the students.

The teacher needs to know all of information about the students from their age, race, birthday, address, etc.

Goals and objectives are set in place.

Learning the strategies in this chapter will help you use the time wisely rather than wasting time. The student will learn to use time effectively as well as learn the lesson that is being taught.
