Wellness programs can take many forms, ranging from gym memberships and yoga classes to biometric screenings and tobacco testing. New regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) governing wellness programs are now in effect.
