PlacementAdvisor by CareerCo aims to reduce the friction in evaluating a large number of candidates during placement season. This platform enables colleges throughout the country to create rich online professional profiles of their students, and showcase them in the best possible manner. Recruiters have the ability to quickly sift through candidate profiles and pre screen and shortlist candidates based on their academics, extra curricular and co curricular activities, among other parameters. Our video interview solution enables students to create video profiles and answer generic as well as job specific questions, thereby reducing the need for a first level face to face interview. Basic qualities of the student, viz, language, vocabulary, presentation and communication skills can be evaluated remotely, without having to physically meet the candidate. All applicants undergo the RecruitmentAdvisor Assessment which benchmarks the candidate against desirable behavioural traits for the job role/organisation. Only suitable candidates are encouraged to apply for the positions. This ensures that the candidate is a good fitment to the job role and is most likely to be a satisfied performer in the role.

Create the Profile enumerating the Job Description, Candidate

Requirements, Skills and Competencies, along with the Location and

Remuneration. Specify job specific interview questions.

Publish Suitability Index for Job Role

Administer the Calibrator Assessment to existing employees in the same

role, to arrive at the Suitability Index for each Job Profile.

Shortlist candidate based on CV and Video Interview

Once the student’s profile has been matched and found suitable, view

the online resume and video responses for the questions. Shortlist

candidates.

Schedule Face to Face Interview

Interact with shortlisted candidates and inform them of the next steps as

per the recruitment process.
