Pizza made easy Required Ing : sugar,yeast,salt,olive oil or normal oil,floor,water Add sugar and yeast and stir lightly for 5 to 8 mins and add salt and oil Add the flour as you stir the mixture simultaneously and knead into a soft dough using enough water Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth Press the dough lightly to remove the air and divide into two parts Roll each portion into a circle of 250 mm and bake at 150 cc for 5 to 7 mins
