WATER symbolizes Technology by providing platforms,innovative concepts, practices & services to the youth,organizations & communities we connect ourselves with. TheTechnological element will eradicate location constraints anddrive the 360° learning technique to accomplish the LIFEproject’s mission. The Technological elements affords ouryouth with unlimited access to master our methods and RootPrinciples while replicating our trainers as positive,productive, and properly trained community members offuture generations.

Spiritual Awareness PrincipleThe Spiritual Awareness Principle of the company isresponsible for educating and training our staff, youth, andcommunities to have a biblical worldview. These biblicalpractices are specifically catered to address the needs of ouryouth but structured through theological doctrine withscriptural evidence for community. Our training or crisiscounseling must not compromise or misrepresented biblicalprincipals in any fashion. The Spiritual Awareness Principle isalso responsible for coordinating and developing curriculumwith the Educational Achievement Principle for biblicaltraining and crisis counseling sessions conducted by the trainers of our organization.

Entrepreneurial Diversity PrincipleThe Entrepreneurial Diversity Principle of the company is responsiblefor educating our youth on correlated grass root, national or globalbusiness technologies, practices and strategies, leadership skills andtechniques to include creating awareness of streams of capitol neededto start-up, maintain or grow a business. The Entrepreneurial DiversityPrinciple shall take the lead on partnering with organizations toprovide a work-study & internship programs for youth seeking industryexperience before pursuing self employment. The EntrepreneurialDiversity Principle is responsible for coordinating and developingcurriculum with the Educational Achievement Principle forentrepreneurial training sessions conducted by the organization.

Financial Empowerment Principle

The Financial Empowerment Principle of the company isresponsible for obtaining grants, fundraising, donationsand endowments while overseeing the project ‘s budgetand organizational resources in conjunction with theRestoration Center. The Financial Empowerment Principleis responsible for coordinating and developing curriculumwith the Educational Achievement Principle for financialtraining sessions conducted by the organization. TheFinancial Empowerment Principle is responsible foraddressing youth needs indentified through communicationand services provided by the Communal Accountability Principle.

Educational Achievement PrincipleThe Educational Achievement Principle of the company isresponsible for supporting the other Roots Principles byconducting training session in accordance with curriculumdeveloped by each Root Principle respectively. TheEducational Achievement Principle is accountable for beingefficient & compatible with every Technological platformnecessary in delivering instructional & developmentaltraining. The Educational Achievement Principle collaborateswith the Technological Innovations element of the company to align all business practices to our staff, youth andcommunities. These technical alignments are for business criticaland mission functional competencies.

Communal Accountability Principle

The Communal Accountability Principle of the company is responsible for training our youth how to shelterthemselves from life’s situations through by providing,information, concepts, practices, opportunities andservices that derive from their communities. TheCommunal Accountability Principle is responsible foraddressing youth needs indentified through servicesprovided by Financial Empowerment Principle to sustain their family’s connection in their community forfuture generations.

The Health & Wellness Principle of the company isresponsible for teaching our youth how to preservetheir bodies through healthier lifestyles that include;appropriate nutrition, continuous exercise, removing riskybehaviors & seeking proper healthcare. The Health &Wellness Principle of the company is responsible forproviding activities and personalized plans that areclosely joined to the services of our Spiritual AwarenessPrinciple to improve the pedigree of medical history oftheir family’s for future generations.
