Activity availability for BEMA tour sessions is limited and offered on a first-come, first served basis. Please book early for best selection with the BEMA groups on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. Additional activities are available through Cabo Adventures’ regular daily bookings. You may book directly through them for additional days and times. RESERVATION POLICY

Guests will be sent a secure credit card authorization form to complete and return to Cabo Adventures to guarantee their reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled tour – no charge• Cancel 12 to 24 hours before the tour – 50% charge• Cancel less than 12 hours before the tour or no show – 100%

charge

• Expectant mothers are not permitted on any tour/activity.• Dolphin Programs. Each child 9 years or less must be

accompanied by a paying adult in the water. Cameras notpermitted in the pool areas

• Off road adventure. Minimum age to drive is 18 years. Guestsmust produce a valid driving license. $30usd insurance fee to bepaid on arrival per driver. Cameras not permitted during the tour

• Outdoor adventure. Minimum age to drive is 18 years. Guestsmust produce a valid driving license. $25usd insurance fee to bepaid on arrival per vehicle. Cameras not permitted during thetour. Max weight 265lbs / 120kgs

• Snorkel & Sea Adventure. Max weight limit 265lbs / 120kgs• Luxury Day Sailing. Guests must remove footwear before
