However there is someone that takes him off track but could she be the person who makes him go on the right road in life?

One of the mean locations is outside school, this is

because the boys always meet outside school

just before they go in. the outside of their

school is used as an establishing shot at the

beginning of the film then at the end.

Page 24: Pitch presentation

The sciences rooms is used to represent

Fitzgerald as he is the brains of the group

and sciences is stereotypically a smart

person subject and falls into his

demographic. Riley uses the sciences room as

well to show he is not all brawns which many

not he his typical demographic but shows his

versatile.

Page 25: Pitch presentation

this is where Riley feels most at home because

of he sporting ability, even if he doesn't

speak as much in this scene by the way he

his acting you can tell he is happiest here.

Page 26: Pitch presentation

This is the first scene where you see Denzel

and which shows he rebel side because he

doesn't like written school work but more

practical hands on work, this is also part of

his demographic and stereotype of young

black kids cant work in a normal class room

Page 27: Pitch presentation

The house used will be very big like a mansion,

this is to show Jessica wealth and to show

her rich girl demographic and shows the

social differences between her and the other

characters.

Page 28: Pitch presentation

Denzel‟s block is to represent the differences

between Jessica and Denzel, also is fits into

demographic of Denzel who is stereotypically

protruded to be a bad boy who leaves this

“gang life”

Page 29: Pitch presentation

the different locations are to show the

differences between the boys and how they

all like different things however because is in

one area e.g. Euston shows the unity

between them.

Page 30: Pitch presentation
Page 31: Pitch presentation

Each prop that will be used to represent the

characters in the film will be unique and how

their clothes will make them who they are

for example how Denzel will dress will be

different to the way Fitzgerald will be

dressed.

Page 32: Pitch presentation

Riley:

He loves football and he loves designer clothes, therefore his prop is a designer sports bag which he always has in school because he is always playing football but still wants to looks stylish.

Fitzgerald:

Fitzgerald glasses will make him the person he is. For example he is presented as the smart guy and his glasses.

Denzel:

Denzel hat portrays him as the gangster boy in terms of where he lives and the excessive amount of times he wears a hat.

Represents childhood and growing up which

can relate to the audience and links to the

demographic audience we are trying to

reach. The song is mellow not hardcore

violence which is good opening because it is

the starting of communication to the

audience, instruments such as the bass guitar

and the drums which creates jazz which is

smooth. Also singers in the background to

create a sense of church feeling.

Page 35: Pitch presentation

Fast paced song with the drums opening

which creates excitement to the audience.

Also it is a creation of tension for example

when Revz says “ Calling it a cold case”, this

shows a bit of suspense moreover it links to

the audience in terms of they can relate to it

such as they rap just like others do and what

to aspire to be like them.

Page 36: Pitch presentation

In the opening song it uses a missile or

firework to drop the start of the song which

is creative, the instruments used in the song

is bass guitar, drums and piano and

represents love and sticking with each other.

The first line in the song “ me and you can

make it through” this shows that they stick

together through hard times and they know

that they can make it through, in which we

are going to communicate to the audience

and making them want to watch the film

more.

Page 37: Pitch presentation

Quite song and mellow to describe what it is

like not to have a girl by his side and can

relate to the characters in terms of they are

trying to find the girls of their dreams.

Moreover the lengths that they will go

through just to have a date with the three

girls, the instruments used in the song is

piano which is calm to represent emotional

feelings such as sympathy.
