PISTON VIBRATORSFor the past 25 years Enmin have been regarded as one of the most experienced application engineering houses for Industrial Vibrators. The development of the new range of Piston Vibrators is backed by experience and the goal to provide an exceptional product that meets the highest industry expectations.

WHY USE ONE?Piston Vibrators are linear in operation and are used to provide a controlled, direct force to a specific region of a hopper, storage bin, chute or silo where material blockage or build-up has occured. They are a cost-effective solution to bulk material-flow problems commonly encountered in most industries. Piston Vibrators ensure that product does not adhere to the walls, therefore helpingto avoid production and maintenance problems.

Enmin Piston Vibrators have been designed to easily switch from air-cushion to impact operation. This is achieved by removing/replacing the easily accessable rebound plug in the base of the unit.

Removing the plug enables air-cushion operation whilst replacing it creates an impact piston vibrator.

This feature allows the unit to be tailored exactly to each application.

Enmin Piston Vibrators are designed and manufactured within Australia.

The slotted base design ensures that Enmin Piston Vibrators are interchangeable with the majority of existing piston vibrators throughout the market

ACCESSORIESEPV

MOUNTING CHANNELThese are provided as standard 1m lengths and come ready to install in either mild or stainless steel. All mounting channel comes with notches to ensure that welds are positioned correctly.

Trouble free mounting is achieved due to multiple bolt hole positioning and nuts being welded to the inside of the channel.

SOLENOIDSThe Solenoid Valve is a normally closed device that operates on a signal from the Electronic Timer.

Installed close to the Piston Vibrator it ensures that the air-supply to the vibrator is instantaneous and full.

Various voltages are available to marry with the Timer.

Note : Upon ordering please specify the voltage required.

TIMERSA timer can be used in conjunction with the piston vibrator to minimise operational time and conserve plant air. They are recommended for maximum efficiency and can be interlocked with adjacent equipment.

Simple to program and simple to install, digital timers are IP rated to suit the harshest environments.

Timers can be supplied as single installation (TS), or multi-timer installation. Multi timer installations set up a maximum of 4 units to be controlled at a single point.

AIR-SERVICE KITSThese kits are comprised of an efficient air-service filter, regulator and lubricator. Use ensures that the piston vibrator operates at maximum efficiency.

All FRL kits are supplied with suitable press-in fittings and 1000 mm of air line.

BALL VALVESBall valves are available in both stainless steel and brass.

The ball valve allows safe maintenance and can be used to restrict air-flow into the vibrator.
