possible infiltration into splenium
MRS showing malignant nature
GCT (TERATOMA)
Large Heterogeneous Maligant teratoma can
engulf veins but they are amorphous and not so heterogeneous
Enhancement in teratoma is minimal unless malignant
Have well defined borders
