Pillsbury opened its doors to students in the fall of 1940. The building was later named for Mr. and Mrs. E.S. Pillsbury in recognition of their contributions to the College. Pillsbury is part of the North Residential Quad and stands along College Ave.

All Pillsbury rooms are in suite configurations sharing a bathroom between them; all beds are standard twins. There are two distinct, enclosed stair towers found at the northwest corner of the building and the southwest corner of the building. They are accessed directly to the main north/south corridor.

The first and second floors are pet-friendly floors; the third and fourth floors are pet-free floors.

COMMON ROOMSThere is a main lounge adjacent to the main entrance at the east end of the building, on the first floor.

Laundry facilities serving the entire building are located at the northwest corner of the lower level. (Remember laundry machines are free at Stephens!)

There is one kitchen on the first floor, on the west side of the main north/south corridor. It contains an electric range, fridge and microwave oven. There is an additional microwave located on each floor with the exception of the first floor.
