  • 1. PILLOW TALK! DETAILS ABOUT TYPES OF PILLOWS AND THEIR SIZES.Choose The Right Pillows!

2. pillow! Not all pillows get to sit around looking pretty. That is what decorative cushions are for! Others have a job to do. Choosing the right pillow is crucial to your health and comfort. It is not easy to select the right one, but it is not rocket science either! Here we go, helping you decode this process!Fill Types for Pillows : Natural FillTypically this would be wool, natural rubber, feather, or a down (the soft and fluffy insulation found under the feathers) filling. 3. This type of pillow conforms to your head and neck. More the stuffing (fill-power) more the durability. Fill power is usually mentioned if purchased from a branded store. Our personal favourite is the down! Synthetic FillA man-made polyester fill, that is also the most affordable and hypo allergic. However, these pillows offer little support to the head or neck.Would not recommend this one! 4. Poly Cluster Fill A synthetic, polyester fill that is coated in silicone to give the feel of a down pillow. These pillows are more affordable than down pillows and also come sans the allergy factor that most down pillows have. Not a favourite but not too bad either! Foam Pillow These pillows are filled with large bits of foam. They are best used for decorative purposes. 5. Memory Foam These are firm pillows made from dense sponge. They provide the best support for the neck and spine. Ideal for people with neck issues. Cotton FillMade from natural cotton fibres, these pillows are hypo allergic. Also harder than other materials, especially when well stuffed. These are most popular in Indian homes. 6. Soya Fill Made from natural soya fibre, these pillows are resistant to dust mites and hypo allergies. The healthiest pillows! I must confess, I have yet to try one!
