(9am - 12pm Class) The elastic bands offer great versatility in developing and improving muscular endur- ance and strength, range of motion and flexibility. ROLLERS - Learn How to work with Foam Roller . (1 pm - 4pm Class) Foam Roller increases range of motion and decrease muscle soreness. It also promotes flexibility, strength, fascia release and stabil- ity challenge. (Proprioception) May 6, 2016 Friday BALLS - Learn how to work with stability balls . (9am -12pm Class) It creates core strength and stability challenge. RINGS - Learn how to work with Rings .
