4. PHENOLIC TAGS ON FACE OF CONTROL PANELS TO HAVE WHITE BACKGROUND AND BLACK LETTERING (EXCEPT WARNING TAGS; YELLOW
BACKGROUND RED LETTERING).
5. PROVIDE SAFETY COVERS ON ALL 480V MOLDED CASE MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKERS TO INSULATE THE INCOMING CABLES AND SIDE
CONDUCTORS FROM CONTACT. (TYP. FOR ALL CONTROL PANELS.) PROVIDE BREAKER LOCKS FOR ALL PUMP CIRCUIT BREAKERS (MCP)AND
MAIN PANEL BREAKERS.
6. REFER TO WIRING DIAGRAMS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON ISOLATED I/O. A COMMON NEUTRAL MAY BE USED FOR SEVERAL ISOLATED

13. REFER TO THE CABLE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MINIMUM BEND RADIUS FOR FIBER OPTIC CABLES. INSTALL NEW PULL
BOXES (PB) AS REQUIRED FOR CONDUITS. SIZE PULLBOXES AS REQUIRED PER FIBER OPTIC CABLE MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS.
14. CONDUIT ENTERING CONTROL PANELS AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURES SHALL BE FILLED WITH DUCT SEAL, INCLUDING
OPENINGS IN BOTTOM OF PANEL.
15. CABLES (INCLUDING FIBER, ETHERNET, CONTROL WIRE, ETC.) WHERE PASSING THROUGH A PULLBOX SHALL BE LABELED AND COMPLETELY

1. LOCATE THE NEW PRESSURE MONITORING PANEL ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE
BUILDING.
2. MOUNT PANEL ON STAINLESS STEEL STRUT SUPPORT RACK.
3. INSTALL A 20 FOOT , 2 INCH DIAMETER ALUMINUM MAST PIPE, YAGI ANTENNA, AND
25 FEET OF LMR CABLE.
4. SUPPORT PIPE TO SIDE OF PANEL AND BRICK BUILDING WITH STAINLESS STEEL
STRUT AND SUPPORT HARDWARE.
5. WEATHERPROOF THE CABLE ENDS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM.
6. INSTALL A 10 FOOT COPPER GROUND ROD, AND BOND TO PANEL AND MAST PIPE
WITH GREEN INSULATED NO.6 AWG CONDUCTOR.
7. CORE HOLE THRU WALL FOR TWO ONE INCH CONDUITS. ONE CONDUIT FOR
120VAC POWER, AND ONE CONDUIT FOR THE SHIELDED CABLE.
8. WITHIN THE BUILDING, CONNECT TO SPARE 120VAC PANELBOARD FOR POWERING
PANEL. ASSUME 20 FEET OF IJ INCH PLASTIC CONDUIT, WITH 3#12 WIRES. LABEL
PANELBOARD DIRECTORY FOR NEW PANEL.
9. WITHIN THE BUILDING, FURNISH AND INSTALL ONE YOKOGAWA EJA SERIES
PRESSURE TRANSMITTER RANGED 0-150PSI. TRANSMITTER WETTED PARTS AND
TO BE HASTELLOY C AND MANIFOLD TO BE STAINLESS STEEL. FURNISH
MOUNTING BRACKET AS REQUIRED FOR TRANSMITTER. REMOVE EXISTING
TRANSMITTER, AND REWORK EXISTING SENSING LINE. ASSUME FOR
INSTALLATION OF 5 FEET OF İ INCH COPPER TUBING. PROVIDE BRASS BALL
SHUTOFF VALVE AT TRANSMITTER.
10.INSTALL 15 FEET OF IJ INCH PLASTIC CONDUIT WITH 2/C#18SH CABLE FROM THE
TRANSMITTER TO THE NEW PROCESSOR PANEL.
