Physician Moms Group was founded in November 2014 by Dr. Hala Sabry in an effort to bring together women physicians, who are also parents, so that they can collaborate and support each other while sharing their medical expertise in an open forum.

As medical professionals and moms, we are constantly juggling career and family. The PMG mission is to provide resources, a platform to network, and an opportunity to share information with like-minded individuals. The PMG network includes over 71,000 women physicians of all specialties. Our membership spans the globe and is composed of physicians who graduated from medical school (MD/DO/MBBS).

WHO WE ARE

Hala Sabry DO,MBA, has over four years of experience in the field of Emergency Medicine. Currently, she works for the California Emergency Physicians of America, which is located in Southern California.

In November of 2014, Hala founded PMG in an effort to create a platform where other women physicians, who are also actively raising families, can share information, exchange expertise, and provide resources in a collabo-rative fashion.

Hala earned her degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. She is also the mother to five children: ages 5, twins who are 3 years old, and new born twins who are 1 month old. After struggling with infertility for five years, she is grateful to have been able to have her children via in-vitro fertilization (IVF), as they have been her motivation for finding a good work life balance, which ultimately inspired the creation of PMG.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION APPLYING FOR EXHIBIT SPACEEach exhibitor is responsible for set-up, dismantling, and appropriately labeling and coordinating materials for shipment. EXHIBIT SPACEExhibitors are provided a 6-foot table with tablecloth. Compact pop-up table top exhibits are permitted. Pop up signs, computer monitors, literature, laptops are permitted. Exhibitors are responsible for ordering and paying for any needed electricity or extra equipment. Exhibitors are also responsible for shipping and handling fees with the specific hotel. PAYMENT OF EXHIBIT FEESPayment for Exhibiting for the conference should be made payable to Physician Moms Group. Checks are accepted as well as Visa/Mastercard or AMEX for the Exhibit Fee of $2500. Higher level supporters should pay by check. Deadline to receive payment is 7 days prior to the program start date. COMPANY LOGOExhibitor should make available a high-resolution logo of their company for recognition on course materials.start date.

terms & conditions EXHIBITOR COMMITMENTEnsuring the quality of PMG for attendees and exhibitors requires a mutual commitment of good faith and cooperation by all parties involved. The following rules and regulations are designed to implement the principles of this mutual commitment in a fair, effective, and equitable manner. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACTExhibitors are responsible for complying with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. CANCELLATION OF EXHIBITCancellation of exhibiting commitment must be received in writing to PMG Att: Jennifer Cheetham at [email protected] within 30 days of the start of the conference. If space or an event is cancelled on or before 30 days, all monies paid to date minus a $150 processing fee will be returned to the exhibitor. Any exhibitor who cancels space after that date will be responsible for the total of the booth or event costs.

terms & conditions DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCT INFORMATIONIn accordance with CME guidelines, product information can-not be distributed at any scientific session or in hotel lobbies. Posters or exhibits are not permitted immediately outside or inside the session rooms. Companies may not display or demonstrate products, processes, or services, solicit orders, or distribute advertising material at any location (within or outside the Exhibit Hall) other than in their assigned exhibit space. The booth may be subject to forfeit if the guideline is violated. EXHIBITOR BADGE CONTROL AND REGISTRATIONAll participants affiliated with exhibits must be registered. The official PMG badge must be worn whenever an exhibitor representative is in the exhibit area or meeting rooms. Individual exhibit representatives must check in with the PMG registration desk to obtain name badges. FIRE PROTECTIONAll materials used in the exhibit area must conform to local ordinances and be in accordance with regulations established by the National Association of Fire Underwriters. All displays are subject to inspection by the local re and safety authority. Fire stations and re extinguisher equipment are not to be covered or obstructed in any manner. SUPPORTER SERVICE KITEach registered supporter will receive an email when the Hotel Supporter Service Kit becomes available. The kit will provide information and order forms for all exhibitor needs, including shipping. Materials should not be shipped to those staying at the hotel. Additional forms will be included for the following services: labor, material handling, electricity, fur-niture rental, signage, rental displays, electrical, audiovisual, telephone, oral and cleaning as applicable. SALES AND ORDER TAKINGSales and order taking are permitted, provided all transac-tions are conducted in a manner consistent with the pro-fessional nature of the meeting. Products for sale must be the exhibitors’ own unaltered products, and the products or services must be pertinent to the attendees’ professional interest. PMG reserves the right to restrict sales activities that it deems inappropriate or unprofessional.Exhibitors must comply with all sales tax requirements. Exhibitors selling or taking orders during the meeting must adhere to all business license and sales and use tax regula-tions, which vary from state to state.

MEETING CANCELLATION POLICYIn the event that PMG is abbreviated or canceled because of circumstances beyond the PMG’s control, including, but not limited to, civil disturbance, earthquake, electrical outage, explosion, re, freight embargo, strike or labor unrest, flood, hurricane, tornado, or other acts of God, and act of war, terrorism, or the act of any government (de facto or de jure) or any government agency, PMG reserves the right, in PMG’s sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate the agreement between PMG and the exhibitor that is entered into, and/or the license that is granted by virtue of the submission of this Supporter Prospectus and its acceptance by PMG. In these circumstances, the exhibitor expressly agrees to waive any claim the exhibitor may have against PMG, including, but not limited to, those for fees paid by or on behalf of the exhibitor for exhibit space, registration, support opportunities, food and beverage, audiovisual services, signage, housing and travel. SUBLETTING SPACEExhibitors may not permit any other party to exhibit in their space any goods other than those manufactured or distributed by the contracting exhibitor, or permit the solicitation of business by others within their booth space. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOTAPINGPhotographing and videotaping is prohibited during the conference without the permission of PMG. INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLE POLICYExhibitors must install and tear down their exhibit space during the designated installation and dismantle times. TERMS AND CONDITIONS COMPLIANCEBy completing the Application for Exhibit Space, the exhibiting company agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Supporter Prospectus. e signer of the contract also agrees to share the terms and conditions with their company represen-tatives who attend PMG. All matters and questions not covered by these terms and conditions are at the discretion of PMG. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by PMG and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally binding on all parties by them as the original regulations. All rules and regulations will be enforced without exception. Whenever possible, PMG will issue a warning and ask the exhibitor to correct the violation.
