Job duties & Responsibilities

Create own syllabus with school’s guidelines as the curriculum standards and appropriate to age and grade level

Create fun physical games, play sports, physical fitness techniques Motivate students to participate Evaluating students grades (fairly) of their attitude, physical ability,

teamwork, level of athletic skill and overall health issues. -Nutrition, Sex and Drugs.

Working conditions In class Gymnasium (indoors) Outdoors Field tripsAccording to the Texas Classroom Teachers Association, (depending on state laws) Children in grades 1-5 MUST have a minimum physical activity of 30 minutes daily or 135 minutes weekly.

For grades 6, 7, 8; 30 minutes a day for AT LEAST four semesters. Moderate physical activity for at least 225 minutes during a two week period .
