Prices are based upon a minimum of 1 box. Fixed configuration for boxes are 8, 12, 16 and 24 guests.

Catering Price Guarantee

The prices will be held as quoted when the booking is confirmed. Only changes in Excise Duty and/or Value Added Tax will alter the quoted prices.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Arrival and Departure

Depending on your package a 9am start is available for your meeting. We recommend guests arrive for the social event for coffee at 11am but hosts may arrive from 10:30am if they wish. It would be appreciated if the box could be vacated by 6:00pm please.

Signage

In order to promote your business, a company sign may be displayed on the door to the box. We recommend

that this is printed on lightweight card and is approximately 450mm wide x 250mm deep.

DRESS CODE

To preserve the dignity and tradition of the Regatta, Phyllis Court Club guests are reminded of the following requirements to avoid the possible embarrassment of being refused admission.

Ladies: Required to wear dresses or skirts. Skirts should be knee length. Please note, ladies will not gain admission if wearing jeans, shorts or trousers of any kind. The wearing of hats would be appreciated.

For Gentlemen: The traditional Henley Royal Regatta attire is blazer with chinos or flannels, otherwise lounge suit or sports jacket are acceptable. Jackets, ties and blazers must be worn at all times and may only be removed within the confines of the Grandstand Box and then only if the temperature makes it uncomfortable not to do so.

Your co-operation would be much appreciated and we suggest you ensure your guests are made aware of our guidance before arrival at the Club.

CAR PARKING

Passes will be issued in accordance with the box size and will roughly equate to half the number of anticipated guests.

For example a box of 24 receives 12 passes, box of 16 receives 8 passes and so on.

This includes a VIP/Host badge to allow one car to park in the forecourt of the Club with the other cars parking in the Paddock.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A booking cannot be considered confirmed until Phyllis Court has received a 50% deposit and signed booking form.

2. The outstanding balance will be due by 22nd April 2016

3. Wines and liqueurs purchased on the day need to be settled by credit card on the day itself.

4. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. In the event of cancellation by the client after 1st April 2016, then the balance remains due although every effort will be made to re-sell the package to mitigate the client’s liability for the final 50% balance.

6. Phyllis Court Club reserves the right not to send out the documents relating to the event until payment has been received in full.

7. Phyllis Court Club has no liability for any death or personal injury suffered by the client or guests, or for any loss or damage to property, or for any costs or expenses incurred by the client, except to the extent such is caused by Phyllis Court Club’s negligence.
