Photoshop steps

1
The first thing I did was opened up an image (Barry Before) in Photoshop. Second I used Magnetic Lasso to select Barack’s head and shoulders, then copied selection to clipboard. After that I created New Layer then pasted selection of Barack’s head to New Layer 1. Once that was done I had to open a new layer. I found a photo of the American flag then opened Photo of American flag in new tab, copied entire photo, pasted the American flag selection to New Layer 2, then moved New Layer 1 above New Layer 2 in order to make Barack’s head show in front of American flag. I had to Create New Layer 3, open Photo of bald eagle in new tab, then use Magnetic Lasso to select just the bald eagle’s head and copy the selection. I then pasted the photo of the bald eagle to New Layer 3 selected Square Selection with both colors white, adjusted corners to 75 px to round out the corners, clicked text button, typed in ‘Veto that, Barry!”, and changed the text size to 16 px.
