PHOTOSHOOT ONE

The first photo shoot of my main model. These photos are likely to be used for the central image on the FC of my magazine. The mise-en-scene mainly relies on the clothes the model is wearing, and the props used to show what genre it fits in to. However, some of the poses the model is using also links back to the genre the magazine will be aiming for (e.g. serious face, not very intimidating). This relates to the music genre chosen as it isn't scary, angry music (e.g. heavy metal or rap) however it isn't very bright and happy like pop music. This relates to the target audience as it clearly portrays the music genre the magazine is featuring, so their interest in the magazine would be increased and they would be more likely to look at it.

• The first few photos are medium-close ups of my main model to show how she is dressed, and how she will fit in with the genre. This will not be used on the magazine.

• The next few photos are again medium-close ups of my main model. The pose emphasizes the genre of the magazine, and will be used for the central image of the FC of the magazine.

• There are then a few medium-close ups of the model again. This may be used as the central image for the FC of the magazine, if none of the other photos are used.

• There are then a few close-ups of the model, so it is more clear to see how her makeup has been done etc. This will not be used for the magazine.

• There is then a photo of makeup being put on the model's neck. This is a medium shot and will not be used on the magazine.

• There are then a couple of photos of the model with a guitar. One is a high-angled shot and one is a medium shot. These will not be used on the magazine, however the pose the model is in will probably be used again in a different photo shoot.

None of these photos have been edited yet however if they are used on the magazine most of them will be edited, even if just a little.
