Photo shows delivery truck that comes every night between 7:30-9 p.m. This creates a lot of noise and

is very unsightly to watch from our yard. The truck is parked right across from the side of my backyard

which is where we are asking for approval of the 6’ fence.

Photos shows cars parked along my side yard. Cars are constantly in and out of these spots for curbside

Starbucks pickup. It is very disruptive to our privacy. Many people also stand on the grass outside their

cars and talk on their phone while parked which is also very disruptive when outside. There is also a car

double parked which is shown in the next photo.

This photo shows a car double parked. The black pickup truck is blocking the silver car. This photo

shows how busy the side of our yard is and you can imagine how much it interferes with privacy. This

was taken before 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning before the real rush even starts.

This photo shows a Starbucks customer who parked his motorcycle, drank his coffee and sat on the

phone for over 30 minutes on the curb facing my yard while my 3 kids played. The man did nothing

wrong, but you can tell how this could be uncomfortable and disruptive to privacy in your own yard.
